The development is just a few moments walk from Borough and London Bridge stations, which service Northern and Jubilee lines as well as main line services to South and South-East London. Guests can easily walk to the City in less than 15 minutes.
Check-in Procedure:Please note: Marlin Apartments will take payment on the day of arrival . IMPORTANT: Check in time starts at 15:00 till 18:00. Guests arriving after this time will not be checked in and a no-show fee will be charged for 1 night stay. To enable Check-in please bring photographic ID (Passport/Driving Licence).
Car parking:Secure underground parking is available at a cost of £15 VAT incl. per night and must be pre-booked through reservations.

great location and facilities
pleasant nondescript serviced apartments (services minimal) near Borough tube. Was in Room 87 - best avoided: faces directly on street and immediatelt beside a much used lift
At the same time I stayed at the appartment a colleague was also staying; when we compared the facilities neather of us had the same set of faciltities. I did not have a working phone or iron and I did not have a hair dryer. The front desk were not particularly friendly or helpful. But the appartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again.
We stayed for a Friday night so when the price is better than a weekday night. The location is excellent being close to Borough tube station and a 10 minute walk to Borough market. The living and dining space was a good size and well equipped, suiting a longer stay. The only small complaint is that the exhaust fan for the bathroom was very noisy. Difficult to comment on service but the check in procedure was uncomplicated requiring no more than an id verification. We would certainly be happy to recommend this apartment.
I didnt know that I had to book in before the office closed, and have all sorts of identity with me. Not much fun. The water was cold, and heating off.
The apartments were in a good location and were very modern and after hours access was by proxy tag so it felt very secure. The apartments had a dishwasher and a washer/dryer so it really was quite luxurious for just a weekend visit to London! There were signs of suitcases having rubbed up on walls but nothing major. My only gripe is that the rooms weren't soundproof, so you could hear every man and his dog walking and talking down the corridor at all times of the night - take ear plugs!
corridors looked similar to halls of residence and interior slightly bleak.however i would stay again.
