Marlin Court is a quality 12 unit motel featuring superb accommodation in a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and located only metres from Paihia's main beach and a short, seafront stroll to the wharf and village centre.
All apartments have been recently refurbished and upgraded.
There is a swimming pool and BBQ area for guests use.
