Hotel Marmorata resort is a 4 stars hotel situated in Ravello on a wonderful cliff in a lovely, quiet and small bay, in the heart of the divine Amalfi Coast. The Hotel was an ancient paper-mill dating from the 15th century and thanks to the clever renovation and the antique marine style furnishing, it is unique in this enchanting inlet of the coast. Comfortable rooms with sea view, hydro-massage swimming-pool with landing stage, fitness-room and free parking are available to guests. From “L’Antica Cartiera”, the inside hotel restaurant, our guests could enjoy a wonderful sea view and in summer dinners are served outside on our terrace at candle light.

Getting there:Napoli Capodichino (NAP): Approximate driving time is 60 minutes and distance is 70 kilometres (43.5 miles). Taxis are available from the airport and cost approx. 90€ to the hotel. Trains run to Salerno and SITA buses run to the hotel. Driving directions: From Naples, follow the road signs towards Salerno. Stay on the motorway until the exit Vietri sul Mare and follow signs to Amalfi. The hotel is on the left, one kilometre before Minori. The rugged Amalfi Coast is best explored by car.

Car parking:The car parking is free of charge in the private area of the hotel till the parking space is full. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to the cars parked in the parking area from the guests.
Child Policy:Children under 2 years old stay free of charge if sharing room with adults. Cot is free of charge. Third bed supplement is EUR 40 per person per night.
Location is fantastic--right on the water. No sand beach but access to the ocean from the rocks. Sea-view room was a great way to wake up in the morning. Furnishings in the room were a bit dated but they were going for an old "ship" type look, I guess.
We were very pleased with this hotel. Our room looked out on the water with the Amalfi Coast showing on either side. We could see the sun coming up in the morning. The room was quiet. All in all, the best hotel of all the ones we planned for the trip.
All rooms have radio, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, hairdryer and Air Conditioning.
Lovely property - great location - very hospitable
Stayed here for 3 nights end of september...should have stayed for more. Great views and excellent service made this a place. I would highly recommend to any visitor. It's directly below Ravello on the coast. It was about 2 miles from Amalfi and the italian public bus service drops you right at the door of the hotel.
