All have a balcony, TV/DVD, ceiling fans and some also have air conditioning and/or water views. Many of the cabins are set in clusters around communal outdoor entertainment areas and are well suited to travelling groups, sporting clubs and informal weddings. With a boat ramp onsite, the Maroochy River system is easily accessible and the sheltered waters of Eudlo Creek are perfect for families to enjoy water sports. The resort has a range of kayaks, stand up paddleboards, water bikes and canoes for hire while the pontoon is perfect for throwing in a fishing line. Alternatively sit back and relax on a sun lounge while the kids have fun on the sand. Guest facilities include a Wi-Fi hotspot, tennis courts, swimming pool, laundry facilities and communal BBQ areas. The well-equipped resort store has a range of grocery and fishing supplies, and our knowledgeable team can assist with information on the areas tours and attractions. Check-in Procedure:The office is open for check ins from 2 - 5.30pm. Late check in by prior arrangement only. All rooms are let assuming you bring your own linen (ie sheets, pillowcases & towels). Hire is available by requesting in advance of arrival ($10 per person per week).
Car parking:Free car parking is provided . Trailer parking available or secure boat/trailer parking on request (fee) . Private boat ramp available for use by resort guests only.
Child Policy:We welcome children and do not charge you extra to have them stay. Please note that there can be no more people in a bungalow than there are beds. Be sure to be accurate when making your booking. Please let us know beforehand if extra children are joining you. Children are to be supervised at all times around pool and waterfront areas. Unfenced water around the complex.
The bungalow was great a little small for a long stay but was great for a few days. If we were there for longer we would get a two bedroom bungalow. The staff were very friendly and the unit was very clean. The grounds were really nice like an island holiday very peaceful it is away from the hussle and bussle of Maroochydore but close enough to shop. I recommend staying there .
Very basic accomodation, but comfortable. Would have liked to have a proper separate main bedroom rather than being part of the living room divided by curtains. No privacy for adults............

The bungalows were very nice and clean with ample space for families and the children loved fishing in the river of the jetty and crab potting right in our back yard. This is perfect for a quite get aways and so ideal for families with plenty to keep the kids entertained from kayaking, to going on the peddle boats, crab potting and fishing right outside your bungalow and swimming either in the river or the swimming pool. The staff in the office were very welcoming and friendly.
Nice and relaxing place to stay but the price is high when you have bring or hire bedding. I did not know I had to supply when I booked. The information was there but it was late and I was still travelling. Motels etc supply and service for about the same price. The location and facilities was very good. The office was closed when I arrived but the managers where very nice. They hadn't received my booking but still checked me in ok.
Staff can be somewhat condescending. A great budget place to stay, bring own linen etc. Traffic from David Low Way can be a bit noisy but the Pelican and stingray and assorted birdlife was wonderful.
Very difficult to find in the dark. The Bungalows are in a large complex including several other businesses. The sign to the Bungalows is included in a sign advertising bungalows for sale, so is not at all obvious - looks like a map of the bungalows for sale, not an advertising sign for the placement of Maroochy River Bungalows. Other than that, the bungalows were very family-friendly, the pool was lovely, we also kayaked on the river adjacent to the property. Spare toilet paper would have been nice, as we only had 1/4 roll in our bathroom and none spare. We knew to bring our linen, but not our loo paper.
Relaxing quiet complex, friendly and safe for kids to play in and around. Cabins are very basic but it was all we needed. Had a great stay. Thanks
