"Generally the hotel proved good value. Though not overbearing with the windows closed, the noise from the freeway was a disappointment. Double glazing, though a big expense would solve thw issue, but would make thew hotel more desirable. " - Anonymous
"1. Their underground car park has rather few car park lots and also the car park space is too small. It definitely needs some major improvements to enhance the attractiveness of this hotel. Guests are told that it's on first-come-first-served basis. If there is no available car park lot, they have to park their cars outside and in the paying zones.
2. On one of the days that we stayed there, our room was not cleaned at all. The hotel should have a system to check/ensure that all rooms are cleaned everyday." - Anonymous
