The average Hotel which worth stay at if you want to be close to city center. Charge 15 euro per hour for internet which I found too much (it should be free indeed). Good for money (300 US fo 3 nights) but will not remember anything special. Breakfast comes from 18 euro.
We arrived early and asked for an early check in and when we arrived we were greated by a lovely girl on reception who was being trained in she was cheery and extremely helpful and started the stay off great after our long journey. The breakfast was fabulous and had absolutely anything the heart would desire, the staff were also very helpful. All in all would recommend to a friend and definitely stay there again myself.
I stayed for a night and really enjoyed sleeping there. The King size bed is an experience. If you can afford or find a good deal, I recommend it. Good breakfast and great location.
The room was spacious and spotless. The beds were wide and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the serving staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Comfortable location (close to metro station). Good breakfast (wilde range). Excelent booking and check out in case of internet booking.
THis hotel was as it stated, five star. The staff, whilst thin on the ground in some area were, on the whole, professional, efficient and they provided a good service. The hotel centrally located and convenient for all forms of transport. One point for people to be aware of is that after 9am the breakfast room can be extremely chaotic and items that had run out were not replaced. Also we found that on a couple of occasions there were only a couple of staff, looking after a great number of staff. Other than that, a good choice of hotel for comfort, good food and very good service.
Location excellent - close to the main Grand Place & shopping area! Reception staff very helpful! Room very spacious, Bed & shower (2 essentially important comforts on a trip) were both very good so all in all an excellent choice of hotel for us. Will definitely consider going back to that hotel should I ever return to Brussels again.
We enjoyed very much our stay at the Marriott hotel Brussels as we always do at the Marriott hotels in the world and look forward to our next stay in one of Marriot hotels.
The hotel car park is quite expensive
Ideally located in the heart of Brussels, spotless, very friendly and helpful service, great breakfast. Definitely top of the list!
One of the best hotel in Brussels
Fine Marriott hotel in perfect location. Very good price by booking with [your website]. Recommended!
Excellent central location. Ideal for pre Christmas shopping as Christmas market is literally accross the road. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food but room service meals were not great and over priced. Staff were very friendly.
Excellent hotel in a very central location. Service would have rated very good except for a few minor incidents at dinner on Friday evening.
Booked a triple room 2 months in advance. However, was given double with only a temporary bed for third, thus making room very cramped. Expected proper set up from 5* when they had stated to have number of triple rooms. Breakfast was a farce! We had to queue both mornings even though there were 12 free tables on Day 1 and 5 on Day 2! Some people had to wait 15 mins for these tables to be cleared and then you were"led to " your table! No coffee facilities in lounge where people were asked to wait though they stated there was complimentary coffee.
worst experienced breakfast
Great location right in the city centre, very professional and friendly service, extremely comfy king size bed, excellent breakfast. What more would you want?
In general this hotel was excellent and would recomend to anybody
The hotel offers breakfast until 11 each morning however we went each day at 10:30 and there was very little food left.
We really liked this hotel. It was really clean. Although there were lots of food for breakfast buffet, they weren't very tasty... Over all we liked the hotel.
