Getting there:From the Airport, take the Tasman Highway A3 to Hobart. Cross over the Tasman Bridge keep on the left hand lane, taking the left exit to Glenorchy Follow the loop on to the Brooker Highway. Proceed north.Turn left on the 3rd set of traffic lights on to Derwent Park Road. Continue up Derwent Park and turn right on the 3rd set of lights on to the Main Road. When turning right there will be a Bus Depot on your left. We are only 2 doors up on the left hand side, opposite is pizza haven. If coming from Launceston or Strahan stay on the Brooker Highway till you pass the Derwent Entertainment Centre turn right at the next Traffic lights, on to Elwick Road. Stay far left of the Round About then turn left on to the Main Road. We are on the right hand side, just passed KFC.
Check-in Procedure:Check in 14:00. Check out 10.00am If you are checking in later than 7pm please phone prior to arrival to make check in arrangements.
Car parking:We offer free off street car parking for all vehicles. However, if you have an extra large vehicle please contact us so we may arrange car spaces.
Child Policy:Extra persons are charged at $10.00 per night and children under 13yrs FREE OF CHARGE. Cots are also available please contact us to arrange if required.
The old saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" certainly rang true with this accommodation. We were watching the $'s so opted to stay just outside of Hobart. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We vote it as having the best fluffy towels we had enounted on our trip. Public transport was easy to access. Found this useful as easier and cheaper than parking the car!
A reasonably priced motel in slightly out of the way location next to a sports bar one way and a fast food outlet on the other. Easily reached from town centre and main roads into Hobart. Slightly dated and worn but clean (quite common in Tasmania I think). The receptionist was friendly and the room was equipped with toaster, kettle, etc. Good budget accommodation.

The room was very clean, close to all the places we wanted to go to. very helpful and friendly staff. very enjoyable
It is a bit noisy as it is next to the main road. You need to rent a car as public transport is poor. It is considerably cheap and worth the money we paid.
Hobart is very expensive so this is at the cheaper end of the scale. It is clean but dated but you cannot really expect more for the price. It does have some cable TV with Fox Sports 2 which is a bonus as it shows the English football.

Nice clean motel within a short distance of Hobart and all the local attractions. Rates are good compared with other motels in Hobart. Nice and comfortable without the frills of expensive motels. Can recommend this motel to anyone on a low or medium budget.
Quite location with great facilities. About 6KM from city center with access to the center of Hobart via the Brooker highway. Lots of shopping and fast food nearby if you need it
Overall the room is clean except for the unpleasant odour in the bathroom. I bought a room freshener but did not get rid of the smell. Thanks
For the price we paid it was value for money plus we had a bus depot just down the road so easy access into other parts of Hobart.

This motel was the best. i think compared to prices we have been given this was very reasonable. It was near the shops ( and chocolate factory) and had much more faciliaties than most motels would have. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a wonderful time at Hobart.
Five minutes from the Glenorchy shopping centre; 10 minutes from the centre of Hobart; 5 minutes from the Derwent Entertainment Centre. Good value, inexpensive and comfortable.
