Getting there:Martin Fields Beach Retreat is located 15km past Capel going towards Busselton. On the Bussell Highway turn right into Layman Road (follow the blue sign to Port Geographe). Travel another 2 km and then turn left into Lockville Road, which is just before the bridge. Martin Fields Beach Retreat is located approximately 50 metres on the right. 10km North of Busselton

The stay was pleasant but the facilities although clean were outdated and had lots of spiders...
Martin Fields was an excellent stay for my wife and I. The view from the ocean view room was tremendous and the grounds provided an excellent opportunity to go for a stroll or to walk down to the beach. The staff were friendly and courteous. The owner had an emergency in Perth but she made sure we were looked after. I would definitely stay here again
The newly refurbished Eco Suite offers self-contained accommodation for up to 6 guests. The Eco Suite features a kitchenette, lounge area, dining table for 6 guests, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and one adjoining bathroom. Breakfast and dinners not included in room rate - available in Meals section.

If you want ro spend a quiet weekend away from the everyday city life - this is the perfect place to go. Besides the very good service and friendly hosts, the place itself is in a very good location. Will definitely go back.
Great breakfast to wake up to which was delicious and the lady friendly and obliging. The room was small but since we had driven over 1,000kms we only needed a place to sleep so this wasn't a problem.
Veary peaceful place in countryside away from the hustle and bustle. Jane is very friendly and creating home atmosphere. Walking distance to the Beach. Will come back for sure.
The location of this friendly little B & B came as a suprise. It was located a number of K's from Busselton at Port Geographe. This area is pleasant enough but it might be a good idea to work out a travel route to suit -especially if your intention is to head further south. Staff were eager to please. The rooms were smallish but beds were comfortable. Towels were nice and white and thick, but could have been super nice with a little fabric softner. Breakfast was generous with both continental and a cooked supplied combined. Would stay again.
Lovely atmosphere and Jane is a really nice person who helps in any way she can. They came and joined in the discussions going on around each table that became one as the evening got more interesting
Although a litle way out of town it was worth the stay. Our hostess Jane was extremey pleasant and most helpful with local knowledge.

Out of town hideaway. Great for those who want peace and quiet. Very comfortable pleasant rooms. Service very friendly and homely. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area. Terrific value for money.
This is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the noise of town, it's only 10min from the centre of Busselton. The staff are excelent and treat you like one of the family. The room was very clean and the beach was only a 10 min stroll away.

Really friendly and personalised service. More like staying in a huge home. The setting is beautiful and quiet and the rooms very large and well equipped. We will be staying there again. Highly recommended!
My wife and I were looking for a quiet retreat and the location of this retreat suited us perfectly. The room was extremely clean, in a location away from any distractions, walking distance to a historical site (I'm into that sort of thing) and a good location that allows day trips to margaret river while allowing for dining at night in Bussleton. For the price obtained on [your website] it was the perfect trip.
