Very good position. Staff very helpful. Tea making facilities would have been good!

The location was excellent. We could walk to everything in Brugges. However, our online reservations had not been received even though we had a confirmation in hand. Staff was efficient without being friendly. Our sheets were stained and had to be changed. I would probably opt for another hotel next time.

Stayed three times and would recommend. the location cannot be beaten. Some of the rooms are quite spartan but acceptable. Try the tapas at arties downstairs or go to the Theatre bar near the buss station. Fantastic!

Good location, if you don't mind the clock tower chimes. clean, functional rooms. Underground parking is excellent and convenient, but very pricey- there's no price list so we got stung at the end- about 25 euros a day.

We had a wonderful experience at Martin's Hotel Brugge and would happily stay there again. The breakfast is expensive, but excellent and varied. Location is superb, just a moment's stroll from the Markt and boat trips on the canal.

A clean, quiet and comfortable hotel located very close to the Markt and a large range of restaurants. Also within easy reach of museums and other attractions and about 15 minutes walk from railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold. Would use again if visiting Bruges.

The Television monitor was tiny and only viewable by sitting a meter or so away from the screen. Most business hotels offer free wifi. The charge at this hotel for internet connection was excessive. Location, service, and staff were very good. Thanks to Caroline for excellent restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was also excellent. It would be nice if the coffee dispenser dispensed variable amounts rather than one fixed full cup of coffee. I did find trash under the bed from a previous guest :-(

A very centrally located hotel with a really cofy bed and big towels! And a lazy barman who gave larger measures to the locals in comparison to the foreigners! Still "Happy Hour" in the bar was great value in convivial surroundings! Tim

This was a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. I would definitely recommend it.

Ideally situated, a stones throw from the main square, this was an excellent base for our visit to Brugge. Underground parking a real bonus. Staff friendly, helpful and English speaking. Breakfast excellent. Well stocked bar and happy hour every night !! Am planning another trip to Brugge in the not to distant future and will certainly stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very good except there was a constant "damp" smell in the bathroom - this might be usual however it was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. Everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay in Bruges. The staff that we encountered were excellent. Thank you.

Excellent location, nice breakfast, great price from [your website]. If you want a lie-in on Monday morning keep windows closed cos the dustbin/garbage/refuse men come EARLY!! Overall, very happy with this hotel.

Although the rooms were small, they were functional. The beds were very comfortable

We traveled in Brugge with our 2 years old daughter. The location of hotel is perfect. The breakfast was nice for us as well. The only one I felt unsatisfied is the price for wireless internet was too expensive.

Excellent location and designer feel to it, with elegant suited, professional and friendly reception staff. A single room can be small, pokey and noisy, but a request to move is dealt with agreably and promptly. Good breakfast. Shame there is no fitness centre and the Wireless is expensive. Recommended
