Mas Passamaner in La Selva del Camp, a modernist building designed by the famous architect Domenech i Montaner has been restored into a splendid five star luxury hotel with a gastronomic restaurant and a Darphin spa wellness area.
Work on the restoration of this 1920's Masia has been carried out by the architect Ángel García Puertas, who is also responsible for the interior design.
The restaurant “La Gigantea” is run by prestigious chef Joaquín Koerper. Mr. Koerper has got 2 Michelin stars in two of his restaurants.
