Getting there:Public transport: From the Central Station take tramline 4 or 25, dir.Rai. You get off the tram at the stop STADHOUDERSKADE and walk in the same direction as the tram. Walk into the Van Woustraat. Into the first street on your the left; Hemonylaan, till the end and than you walk straight into our hotel. By car: From the Ringway A10 follow the signs RAI and take the junction RAI. At the end of the junction you'll face a traffic light where you have to go to the right. Follow the road until the first round-about and turn right again. Go straight on until the third set of traffic lights, turn left here; Rijnstraat. Follow this street and cross all the crossings you pass. Where the street changes the streetname from Rijnstraat into Van Woustraat. The first big crossing you meet is the crossing Ceintuurbaan - Van Woustraat just cross the street. Then turn right into the fourth street; Hemonylaan, drive to the end of this street and you face up to our hotel in front of you.

Car parking:At the hotel is a parking zone where you have to pay from 09.00 am till 23.59 pm. There are machines to pay for a parking periode everywhere in the street and also just in front of our entrance. The day rate for parking is € 18,00 or € 2,00 per hour. Parking garages cost approximately € 31,00 per day
Child Policy:Childeren from until 2 years old can for free in the room.
Very good hotel for one-two nights with very good price. Pretty clean. Price include breakfast (from LIDL, that is next building to hotel). Only 10 min by walk from museum's square. But no park platz. 5 min park cost 2.20 euro (1 hour) or 50 euro penalty :(
Staff's friendliness and good breakfast made up for the smallness of the room. Clean and modern.

We were in the apartment room that this Hotel owns in the centre of the city. Very well placed - but bring earplugs!

This is a very clean budget hotel. The owner was fabulous and was so helpful. I can say this was excellent value for money. Clean airy. Quiet rooms. Great bathroom. Would recommend this place for budget accomodation
It was a very nice and clean hotel. Its location was cool because it wasn't in the most touristy of areas, but it was still in the city.
Good value for money, especially those travel on limited budget in a group of 4-5 people.
It was basic room but very clean and was at the back of the Hotel so it was quiet at night. Only 5 mins from the tram line. Would recommend it to anyone else.
The staff were great, and it was a short tram ride to city centre.
The hotel hosts are polite and for a 2 star hotel it is worth a mention. The included breakfast was good and surpasses some 3 three hotels we stayed in.
Place is easy to reach from downtown (~10 min ride on tram 4 or 25 from Central Station where you arrive from airport). It is more like a small youth hostel - I stayed in a room with 12 2-level beds, separate room with lockers, a small toilet and really small shower cabin. If you just need a place to crush for a night, it is pretty adequate. Place is clean and staff friendly, check out at 10am, they have no curfew during night, but check-in before 12am.

This was a great family owned hotel. The owners were very pleasant and the area was a welcomed change from the normal high tension of Amsterdam. Located in the Albert Cuyp area it allowed fast access to the famous Albert Cuyp Market as well as the Museum district and surrounding areas. It was quite easy to get in and out of the more hectic areas of Amsterdam without being forced to stay in the proverbial Eye of the Storm!

The hotel was easy to find and the rooms clean,tidy & recently refurbished. Located in a residential area the hotel was very quiet. Over all I was very pleased.
