Maytower Hotel & Serviced Residences Kuala Lumpur

Hotel location is good and very nearby to KL Tower. If you search for South Indian Restaurents, there are quite huge here. Ammenities of the hotel is good which includes Swimming Pool and a Gym. Rooms are good but very smalll in size. it is quite diffficult to move around in the room. Overall OK

Got the Deluxe room. Interior felt updated and cosy. Spacious and well decorated. The breakfast spread was decent and the staff were friendly. Overall Recommended.

The room is very clean, convenient and walking distance to LRT station connecting to KL City Centre.

Generally this was a good hotel, I have no complaints. It looks good from the outside, the foyer , front desk, restaurant area look good ( I did not use the restaurant though). Friendly,courteous and professional service but front desk staff lacking very much in english causing confusion on a couple of occasions and me simply not bothering anymore. The issues I had were minor and of no impact so I wont even mention them, my suggestion is though that in particular front desk staff need to have a much better knowledge of the english language considering the many international guests. Bathroom/toilet/shower all good. The bed for me was uncomfartable, too short, but no real problem. I found the location perfect, close proximity to LRT (train) and Mono rail stations, decent shopping centres and streets, cafe's , restaurants around, and close to KLCC ( city centre).

Good price, the room is average condition just five minute walk from Skytrain, and ten minutes walk from Petronas Towers. There are no alcohol in the restaurant, beer avaliable only from room service, but be careful, it is very expensive. U can request minbar packages with beer on fair price. The crew is very friendly, help to U with taxi catching and price negotiatons - ask that because malaysian taxi drivers dosn't speak english.

The hotel is well located near the LRT Masjid Jamek, within 10 min of walk. The air condition is broken, so it's freezing at night, but when walking outside the hotel, you feel like being in a sauna in tropical KL. The breakfast is good with helpful receptionists.

Liked this place, although sauna could of been hotter, the reception team told me twice that I was Room Only - I had to tell them to read the voucher as Breakfast WAS included. Breakfast was plentiful, room was lovely and relaxing - all in all I would say it matched a 4 star status!

I would have been more satisfied with the stay at Maytower had we not have problems with electricity outage, water pressure and thin walls. Overall, however, I would recommend this hotel for convenient location and good pricing.

Our room was a good size and functional except the door closer which had fallen off and only allowed the door to open half way. The other annoyance was the very loud music played in the hallway.Staff very friendly and helpfull. Probably would not revisit

Staff were unhelpful, couldnt send emails despite RM$30 per day for internet access. Breakfast was ok but rooms were skinny, almost impossible to walk around the bed! Generally lots of staff who did nothing!!!

The hotel location was great near to the KL tower and Petronas towers. There was mantainence work going on but overall a very nice place. The rooms were pretty spacious though the sofa was a bit hard. Overall very good value for money

The hotel only sells beer and the fact that wine or any other alcohol is not stocked would have been nice to know as we may have considered another hotel!

Lovely, clean, smart hotel with excellent facilities and lovely, helpful staff. It's very new and so I had to "help" taxis to find it. "Little India" helps. Great Pool, fitness room and restaurant. I would stay here again and again until it gets popular and they put the prices up to a realistic level.

Excellent. Really helpful staff. Clean, cool, smart room. I just couldn't have asked for more - except a reliable, fast internet connection. The cable connection in my room was so slow as the be unusable, the "Business Centre" was a little better. Apart from that it was great and I will stay again.
