Getting there:Metro: Sol Station (Lines 1 - 2 - 3 ) Buses: 6, 52, 20, 5, 51, 15, 3 Turistic Bus From Airport: Taxi 25 min - 25 € (Approx.). From the airport head towards Feria de Madrid. Take the M-14/N-100 in the direction of Zaragoza, take exit 12 and continue for 340 metres. In Madrid take the exit at Avenida de America and then the A-2 for approximately six kilometres. Take exit 4a for Valencia and continue on the M-30 until the exit for Calle Alcala. Continue to Plaza de la Independienca and turn left at the Paseo del Prado. Turn right in Carrera de San Jeronimo and then left at Plaza de las Cortes. Continue down Calle del Prado and the hotel is on Plaza de Santa Ana.

Rooms were clean modern but quite small. The staff were extremely efficient friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. Very close to all the attractions within easy walking distance. Had a small problem with room fridge not working for two days but staff moved us to another room that was actually quite large. The only negative comment I have is that the process for checking in seemed to take forever. After a long flight one does not want to be delayed checking into the hotel. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Yes I would stay there again.
I was recommended this hotel by a friend and surely I can recommend this to any other planning to visit Madrid. Reina Victoria is excellently located therefore no need to use taxi/public transport for restaurants, museums etc. Hotel service also TOP as well as buffet breakfast (extra charge but worth paying). Next time I will choose this hotel again!
Excellent service, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel could not be in a better position for all the main city sites which are all within walking distance. The surrounding streets are full of restaurants and bars and the main square is a lovely place to sit in the evening.

Great location and very nice hotel.
This hotel was chosen for its central location. We were on a 3 night visit to see the art galleries and enjoy the night life. Anybody wishing to do a similar break could do no better than staying at this hotel. Very highly recomended!
