"I was most annoyed at the lack of dailycleaning in my room. First I had to wait for over 2 hours to check in on Sunday 11 as the room was not ready - the reception staff were very good and I was ok to wait. Once in the room I was happy enough with the surroundings, the bathroom was a bit ordinary as it was obviously st up for wheelchair access and it had no bench space at all. There was urine drips on the floor from Sunday till Friday even after I complained to reception, the shampoo was not replaced, 1 day the bathmat was not replaced nor was the face washer. Over all very unimpressed with the place and would not consider it again." - Terry Reilly
"I would highly recommend staying at the Medina. The location was excellent with the shopping malls just around the corner. The rooms had very nice modern decor, were very clean and quite soundproof. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The only thing that I could fault would be that the lighting could be a bit brighter in the kitchen and lounge area. I had to drink bottled water all the time because the tap water was awful but that may be just Perths water. We were pleased with our hotel choice and would stay there again." - Anonymous
