"Hotel was great! The staff were friendly, the room was lovely and the position was great.
Would deffinately stay there again" - Erin Shilton
"shower and aircon is the only source of complaints from me. Location was good. Cleanliness was superb. The shower was ridiculously small in a rounded bath tub. The metal soap dish protruded at the side causing several scratches and bruises on my elbow. I am not that large - Aust size 12. The water saver restricted the flow of water so much that it took ages to wash and rinse off - this is no saving to the hotel or the water supplies but is certainly frustrating when you have to get up 20 minutes earlier to have a shower! The air conditioning appeared to have a cut out mechanism in the night which prevented you from turning it on. You were faced with a hot stuffy room, or open the door/window and allow all the insects to join you (and some pretty ugly ones came in while I was there). Yuck! These are things that could easily be fixed to make a stay thoroughly satisfying. Monique's admin service was of an exceptionally high standard. She deserves an award from Medina!" - Anonymous
"We were delighted with every aspect of this accommodation - the space and comfort of the apartment, and the standard facilities of dishwasher and washing machine/drier. Excellent location, walking distance to Southern Cross Station and Direct Factory Outlet, Docklands, tram stop at front door, and Southbank 5 minutes walk away. Casual walk to Victoria Market and Bourke Street shops. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful- would readily recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Melbourne CBD" - Trevor Bartlett
"Very central and great location. Check-in staff seemed a bit vague/disinterested. Small hole in bedsheet looked poor but not really a problem. As it's an apartment style block we were Ok with amenities and facilities. Web site said 11am check out and they said it was 10am. They let us have 11am and then phoned at 1030 to ask why we hadn't checked out! Would recommend but not a cheap stay." - mark roberts
