Medina Grand Melbourne Apartments

Everything in this hotel is fairly good except the gym is quite average. Staff are pretty good as usual, I have stayed here 3 times and all 3 times they have been super friendly. Location is central to everything only $6.00 cab to Crown Casino and your smack bang in the middle of the C.B.D.

Really good place to stay for the weekend and is in the middle of the city surrounded by heaps of cafès and restaurants

Close to the city, staff were generally helpful, although they could have provided more (some) assiatnce when asked to assist with customers caught out by the Tiger grounding -

Very well located. Staff were friendly. Our air conditioning did not work for two nights and during the second night we called reception (at 3am) to move rooms as we just could not sleep in the heat. At first reluctant and indicating we might have 'frozen the pipes' and suggesting we turn it off for an hour, the hotel then agreed to move us. The next day when we returned to our room there was a note apologising for the inconvenience and a complimentary bottle of red wine. The air con was very loud and disruptive, but the room was otherwise well appointed and clean. Again, great central location and near laneways for dinner.

Apartment is very well equipped and location is excellent. Had a 7 night stay and will certainly rebook same hotel on next trip.

Great location for easy access to trains and trams and also exiting the city by car. The double room apartment was very well set out and gave privacy for both couples. Each bedroom at separate ends of the room both with their own bathrooms and walk in wardrobes made this perfect for two couples. We found the location of our 7th floor, back side of the hotel room to be quiet as there was no street noise. The view wasn't great but not one of our needs in a city central hotel or you would get the noise. Rooms clean and functional. However, the pillows a bit hard. Like most hotel/apartments, they could modernise to include an ipod dock for the sound system as many travellers today have ipods. We will use again.

Very spacious, well presented, quiet and central to all city activities

We were upgraded into a penthouse 1 bedroomed unit which had plenty of room. The apartment was clean and room serviced every day. All the reception staff were curtious and very helpful at all times and even helped us with road directions and looked up specific restaurants for us. Would definately stay again and recommend to family and friends

It's a reasonably priced and pleasant hotel. We were in a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment and found the adjacent lift noise to be a problem. Apparently all of the 2 beds are near the lift shafts. Service was only average; we had to request milk and tea bags and on one day the room wasnt serviced until late afternoon. Having a shower cap would have been useful too; at least one per bathroom per stay. It's what travellers expect, so you dont carry one with you.

The 2 bedroom apt was very spacious and comfortable.The fact that there was 2 ensuites and 2 TVs was fantastic.Will definately stay there again

Shared a two bedroom apartment for a girls' weekend in Melbourne. The apartment was roomy and conveniently located to city centre, everything was walking distance. Nicer than sharing a room with just a bed in it.

The Studio Appartment booked was smaller than the average hotel room and certainly not what we had envisaged for our 3day stay. The staff were helpfull but it was costly to upgrade our room for a bit more space.

The location is in between central CBD & Etihad football stadium, which suits our needs perfectly. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The accommodation is extremely roomy and comfortable. We prefer to explore the local lanes for breakfast so the lack of a hot breakfast does not phase us at all. We'll be back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay there. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded from the two bedroom to the three bedroom. The apartment was clean, very homely and very spacious. Our apartment was a little noisy (being on the top floor) and it appeared that the noise came from the air-conditioning units or lift motor room, but that was only a minor set-back. All in all, it was great accommodation and we would be happy to stay there again the next time we are in Melbourne.

Good hotel, and found there where cafes and restaurants 7 eleven and banks near by. All up a good location with tram at the end of the street.

Nice rooms with good facilities for a short stay. Across the road is a bottle shop, 7/11 and convenience store which we used a fair bit. Plenty of cafes and eating outlets surrounding. One tram stop from city centre if you dont like walking, and central to all main tourist bits. Only down side is it was a bit noisy at night on the street outside which can affect light sleepers.

We were very impressed with the Medina Grand apartment and will definitely book this accommodation in future. The location is great, easy walking distance to Crown. The apartment itself is very spacious and well set out.

This hotel was really well located and close to most major attractions. The facilities were very comfortable and well presented. Would definitely stay again.
