We really enjoyed our night stay, very clean, spacious rooms and very easy access and with very pleasant helpful staff, and easy walk to the function we attended at the convention centre.
Lovely hotel, had everything you needed but I thought it would have had a flat screen tv being a very modern hotel. A bit confusing on which driveway to get to the foyer if you havn't been there before
Premier studio accommodates a maximum of two people with a king or two single beds. There is a small lounge area with dining table, balcony and kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, fridge and microwave.
Rates are for a maximum of 2 people. An additional rollaway is available at $40 per night, with a maximum occupancy of 3. Bedding configuration is a king bed or two single beds.
Located on the top floor of the hotel, these apartments are bright & spacious, with generous living and work space. Additional amenities and a large balcony (with table & sun bed) make this perfect for the discerning traveller.
As always medina grand exceeded expectations and delivered uniform perfection! I love medina grand!
A litle dissapointing room didnt get made up. Bar and restuarant closed on saturday night for a private function. mini bar prices very expensive. as is car parking. on the positive reception staff very helpful.
Excellent location, particularly if attending a Convention Centre function. Would recommend the hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is very new so cleanliness was not a problem, it was immaculate. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance to the Perth city areas. We were in Perth for a show at His Majesty's Theatre, this was only a 5 minute walk and because of the various walkways the stroll to the theatre was mostly under cover. Price was good through (website) but mini-bar and in room food service seemed expensive although we did not participate in either of these. Check in and check out are very slick and efficient. Hotel has god secure parking facility at an extra cost, this is reasonably priced for in City parking. Definately recommend and will use again.
Have stayed in this hotel since it was new some 10 years ago when it was excellent. It is now tired. The furniture is "the same" - how can you tell - well it is rather unique (cowhide lounge chair, etc). the bed on this occasion was like staying at a budget youth hostel - not nearly good enough for standard of the hotel. The restaurant is OK, but overpriced for the quality as is the wine list. Dissapointing on this occasion compared to other very satisfied stays. Will probably not stay again.
after my long flight from indonesia and arrival at 3 am was met by very pleasant reception and it was all good from there in. So convenient to the convention centre where I enjoyed the food and wine festival. my room so cosy, clean and definately a welcome treat after the indonesian experiences. all facilities I needed with the convenience of the city shoping close by. thanks medina excellent time had by our family.
The hotel was right at the convention centre. The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, alcohol was pricey, but I think that is the norm in Perth. I would definitely stay there again if we attended another convention in Perth.
We were very disappointed that on ordering ion room dining that excellent food was provided in styrofoam packs. It was very much out of kilter with the other standards practiced by the hotel ( and indeed any other hotel that I have stayed in)
A great place to stay within the cbd and convention centre.Access to all transport facilities.Would recommend to all.
We were extremely pleased with our stay at The Medina Grand Perth It is so centrally located so easy to catch public transport. The room was immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Thanks Medina Grand. PS. Drinks just a little expensive at bar. maybe a little cheaper for guests. $12 for a beer and 1/2 glass red wine a little over the top,
Hotel in excellent proximity to transport and Convention Centre. In this day and age would have expected free Wi-Fi.
Great location, adjoining to the Perth Convention Centre.
The hotel is located in a good area, near the Swan river. Unfortunately there are no river views.
Hotel reception 'Jess' certainly didn't make us feel welcome but the other staff were fantastic and we definitely can't complain about our room or the facilities. The hotel restaurant dishes up burnt muffins and hard eggs for breakfast so suggest you go somewhere else if your hungry.
Awesome hotel.great location to the city, train station. Great pool/spa Would stay here again.
Our second stay at the Medina Grand, Perth. First 2 years ago, childless and our recent stay with our 1 year old. Really safe for a crawler, very happy, a relaxing stay. Excellent location, and apartments very comfortable. Will stay there again next visit to Perth.
Nice and clean, within walking distance of the city centre, provided all the amenities and was comfortable. Would recommend this place
could not fault cleanliness and service although $27 per night to park our car i thought was a bit rough.but overall very good.
