Take the train from the airport - alight at Town Hall - come up the escalator & take the Darling Harbour exit of Town Hall Square - we are straight across the road!

We rented a one bedroom apartment (with a rollaway bed), to share among us 3 sisters, and that was plenty of space. We had a good view of the streets from our 15th floor location through the pretty and large bay window. The polite staff are efficient and prompt to rectify any mistakes, or to provide more towels, tissue, etc ... Great location to allow a nice short walk to Market Street where all the great shopping can be done, China Town, and not too far to walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay. Although the room is getting a little old and probably will benefit with better tap fittings and new bathroom cabinets, it does provide all we need in terms of facilites.
My room was very nice, however not really serviced, found beer top and pack of cigarettes in cupboard,from previous guest, non smoking room.
Location was wonderful and within walking distance to the vibrancy of town and Darlimg Harbour. But our average nightly room cost of AUD $ 470 was on the high side (2 bedrm apt)
A really smart appartment holiday. Everything we could have wanted and a really nice gymnasium,swimming pool and sauna too. We received an upgrade to one of the corner appartments, overlooking the street. From our appartment which was 12 floors up, the view was great. The rooms were large, clean, beautifully decorated. Fast lift, good service at reception. We would highly recommend.
Great location. Very close to Town Hall station, easy walking distance to Darling Harbour restaurants, and a few blocks walk to the Pitt Street Mall. Room had everything I needed, was modern, clean and a good size, bed was comfy.

Great location for my business purposes. Roomy apartment was clean and well equipped. If I had to find a negative, the lifts seemed slow to respond.
Excellent location within easy walking distance of the convention centre, the CBD and Town Hall railway station (catch the train from the domestic or international airports for only $15 per person and walk 100m to the hotel.) Friendly staff and very obliging baggage storage service. Upgraded without us asking to a 'corner' apartment which has a great living space if you have more than a day or two stay. Self catering facilities are really good, but you do need a roll of paper towel and plastic cling wrap, plus a couple of pot holders to make proper use of the kitchen - put them on your groceries list. Good Coles and Woolworths supermarkets - and bottle store - within five minutes walk. Our only small grumbles: the now usual restricted water saving flow on the shower and a VERY firm mattress.
Fantastic place to stay.
Very good location within 10 minutes walk to Darling Harbour and Westfield Shopping Centre. Town Hall train station is a 5 minute walk. Very comfortable bed. Balcony outside room which was good. Only negative was TV remote batteries were flat and could have done with a few more tbags.
A great place across the road from the station and a short walk from everything. Look forward to staying here again.
We chose the Medina Grand because of the location close to the Convention Centre (10 min walk). Nice clean rooms and really nothing to complain about. All up an enjoyable stay and good value for money.
Large well equiped apartments in central location with easy access to transport.
Great location with some seemingly great sized rooms & views - unfortunately our room was / had neither! Smallest room on the floor, view only of the brick wall of the next door building. Were we unlucky, or do they use HotelClub to offload these insignificant rooms? Not 4 1/2 stars in our view (pardon the pun!)
