"This Medina is located on a very busy street, opposite a pub. Our apartment faced onto this street and we had to resort to earplugs to get some sleep. The hairdryer didn't work, there was no bath plug and the "fresh" milk in the fridge was a month old. The reception phone was not answered when I rang down to ask for a bath plug and I had to go down to ask for one. It took at least 15-20 minutes to replace the plug and the hairdryer. I will definitely not stay at this particular apartment hotel again." - Anonymous
