Very friendy staff, nice room, fantastic buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend it and stay again myself.
Not very friendly staff - insisted on closing the bar at midnight when people wanted to keep buying drinks,moved us into a different room for breakfast one morning and staff also complained about arriving late for breakfast while other guests would come down even later and nothing would be said - poorly run hotel with miserable staff.
Very nice Hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, great shower and bathroom, and nice amenities. Very close to the Calatrava Buildings/Museums, and within walking distance to the city center. Would definitely stay here again.

In an excellent position for walking/public transport to see all of the sites both old and new. Extremely comfortable hotel and good breakfast made it real value for money.
I chose the hotel for it's location - walking distance of the Arts and Science Museum and the Feria Park. Located in a residential neigbourhood it's also quiet - and the room has a nice balcony.
