Stayed in an executive suite - would have had great views across Hanoi, but for the weather. Accommodation was excellent as was the nightly complimentary snacks and drinks in the executive lounge. Service was very attentive and helpful. Would stay again.

Took about 7 minutes to walk to the Shops in the old quarter. Used the Massage facilities at the Hotel and they were excellent.

This hotel is really beautful. The rooms are very large with very comfortable beds, we had two queen size in our room with a lovely bathroom. The extra in the room were also very good with a really amazing breafast something for everyone. I found the staff very friendly and they went out their way to help when we had a problem with our arranged transport. They solved our problem after serveral phone calls which was great. I have stayed in hotels all over the world all being 5 star and this rates very high in my book. Great room service too

I'd stay there again but wish the staff had been friendlier! Also- the food was incredibly overpriced & not very good.

the hotel is beautiful with great rooms and wonderful breakfasts. the location is not exactly right in the old quarter, more like half an hours walk. We had three nights there, and it fell apart on the last night, as the noise from the band on the 3rd floor was so loud it woke us up (on 8th floor), we complained and they took ages to eventually come back and offer to move our room (at midnight). We did so, but only because we were desparate for sleep. On arriving at new room, we discovered it was a smoking room, and absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke... so if going to Hanoi, I probably wouldn't stay there again...

Fantastic service in the excecutive area. Through [your website] we got a great price and for a Royal executive Suite. You should try it. The hotel is one of the two best in town.

The hotel was excellent. It is located within a short walking distance of Hanoi centre (approx 10 minutes) and is located close to the train station. Internet usage is expensive but is much cheaper in the town centre.

Made possible by the very reasonable deals available on the internet. The hotel was very nice. Not always space for everyone to sit around the pool area. The prices of items within the hotel reflected any Western 5 star hotel. Given the the dramatic difference in price to the reality of costs outside I would say that things were expensive. However, the normal clientel of such a hotel would probably expect tp pay these prices. Breakfast was excellent.
