honestly ..i'm regular guest for this hotel ...cos this hotel located at great locate and monorail ..easy to hang around .plus friendly hotel staff and etc..i will come back

Great stay location for shopping at KL, Bukit Bingtang & TimeSq. But i cant imagine why i was charge RM7 for making local call to book for airport taxi.(Call duration=3mins) Before booking taxi myself, i check with hotel which charge 2X fare to Airport compare to my own booking. 5* Hotel with 3* or below services. Stay only when u shopping at KL

recommend this hotel it is opposite one of the big malls "Time Square" and if you are into electronics the mall behind is excellent also you have the monorail station at your door step.

We stayed at "the Level" and found the service and staff to be extremely good. Would highly recommend this hotel and area to anyone looking for accommodation in KL

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. it is in a prime location and we had no problems with anything. The only thing i would say is that if the hotel undergoes some renovations (showers could do with a change),it will really attract far more people. The staff were helpful and cheerful. We had 3 rooms booked as were 3 couples meeting up for holiday. on checkin, we requested the rooms to be all on the same floor (the third couple had not arrived yet). they made sure we were all on the same floor and only doors from each other. Breakfast was brilliant. We will definitely go back.

I was impressed with their excellent Customer Service. Upon check in I was given a room near an exit door right at the end of the aisle which I was very uncomfortable with. Though the hotel was fully booked, the staff managed to get another room for us after seeking approval from his manager. Me and my sister had shopped a lot! We lugged 8 full bags of stuffs including 2 oversized bags. Our coach was parked 5mins walk from the Hotel. Seeing our bags, the Hotel porter went the extra mile to help bring our bags to the coach, beyond the normal Hotel service offerings. We were so moved by his help coz else, it'll be hard for us to lugged those bags ourselves! I'm very satisfied with the location too. Just opposite Berjaya Times Sq means shopping is just a stone throw away. And if you are hungry in the middle of the nite, you could walk towards the back of the hotel towards Bukit Bintang where you can find rows of cafes and eateries which close very late into the nite.

This hotel is right in the action!. It is opposite the Times Square shopping mall and withing walking distance to lots of other fantastic shopping centres. It is near what is called the Golden Triangle - super, super shopping!!The rooms are quite large - maybe a little tired but are clean. There is road noise from the street- ask for a room on higher floors. The hotel is next the monorail Imbi- this allowed access to the rail system - travelling by train and monorail can be crowded at peak times but it is very cheap. The breakfast is good value .

The location is good, right beside Imbi monorail station and in walking distance to Bukit Bintang. Swimming pool is rather small. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Our 3rd stay at this hotel and each time the experience gets better. The service is first class and we we have not found anything in Australia to match. We look forward to many more visits to Malaysia and in particular staying at the Melia Kuala Lumpur Hotel.

All staff serve with smile eventhough they look tired. Location is good for us to move aroung.

Great location across from Times Square, around the corner from Bukit Bintang and next to the monorail at Imbi. Breakfast was enjoyable with great variety and the service is quick and friendly. We found that the staff were always smiling, very approachable, sharing information and just welcoming. Will stay again when next in Kuala Lumpur.

had a great stay hotel clpse to times square, and light rail, breakfast very knice. internet service provided great. service and reception very frendly, overall top class hotel, enjoyed my stay will be back.

Great location with mono rail just outside the hotel. Lovely breakfast and swimming pool to relax after a day of shopping.

Large rooms, friendly and competent staff plus an excellent location being both central and close to public transport. The only negative was lack of wifi and problems in even getting a cable hookup.

Ideally located at Imbi monorail station and opposite Times Square, the biggest shopping centre. Excellent service and guest care. Very attentive and competent staff. Hard to find fault. Would stay here again.

The customer service is second to none. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the location is magic. The perfect hotel for keen shoppers, foodies and club / bar goers.

Usual city centre hotel. More 'holiday inn' than 'Crowne Plaza'. 4-star probably a bit generous. Rooms a bit dated, in need of refurbishment. Glass lift has spectacular views. Gracious M'sian service with a smile. 10% service charge included in bill like all other similar M'sian establishments. Bar is on the expensive side, but this is usual in the Golden Triangle. Breakfast is of a reasonable standard for a 4-star hotel, with plenty of choice. Extra guests are charged at RM48++ - half price if you join the Mas rewards program. Convenient for public transport - monorail on the doorstep and LRT is 10-15 min walk in the heat. Plenty of buses outside hotel. Superbly convenient for shopping!! Main gripe is the car park. Reception stamps car park ticket and then you have to go down to the machine to pay RM3. If you have no coins, then it's back up to reception for change. Another gripe is the lack of free wifi/LAN internet in rooms. RM58 a day is rather steep.
