Getting there:airport: Take the A7 in direction of Cádiz/ Algeciras. Take either the motorway to Fuengirola or follow the A7. If you take the motorway follow it until the end when it once again becomes the A7. Follow the A7 in direction of San Pedro de Alcántara. Take the first turning to Puerto Banús. Cross the roundabout and go under the bridge in direction of the beach. When you reach a roundabout with a rhinoceros, go round it and take the exit for Marbella. On the slip road to the motorway there is a turning to the right which takes you directly to the Meliá Marbella Dinamar. city centre: From Marbella city centre, take the Cádiz road for Cádiz/ Algeciras. Take the first turning for Puerto Banús. Cross the roundabout and go under the bridge in direction of the beach. I read reviews about surly staff before i booked this hotel. Probably one word to describe some of the less smiley male staff but they were smart, efficient, polite possibly just a little too formal. Yet the the female personnel in all departments gave excellent service, superb customer recognition when passing guests anywhere in the hotel and close attention to customer service. There is an air of formality that comes across from the male staff, almost as if they have been trained to do so to limit any familiarity. This hotel was excellent value for money and well situated for a short stroll into the port. there is a walk way all the way along the beach to Marbella that is great for exercise, running etc; Very good breakfast with everything hot, fresh and tempting. You name it and it was probably there. I didn't see porridge but then again I didn't ask either. a superb selection was also available at dinner but I did think E29.50 was a bit steep for a buffet
Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was great and it was served up to 11am. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely return.
A very friendly customer service orientated hotel. Food was of gourmet style, rooms excellent and great facilities. Couldn't have chosen better.
Have stayed here now four times - location excellent - staff very friendly and extremely good value for money. Would thoroughly recommend it.
