Hotel description:    The hotel has 262 spacious exterior rooms. Each room is bright and airy, filled with natural light. All of the rooms are sleek, stylish and contemporary with state-of-the-art comforts, facilities and amenities.

Next to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the Corte Inglés and recently opened shopping centre (Urban Shopping Centre). The surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafes and bars and it is well communicated with the city centre and the road that leads to the beach of Malvarosa.

Passing close to Quart de Poblet take exit towards V-31 Alicante , Albacete, Puerto. Heat Towards CV-500 Valencia. Take exit towards CV-500 Valencia. Continue along cv-500 and take exit towards avenida Dr. M Candela / Avenida Hermanos Maristes. Arrive in Valencia and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Continue along puente del Gao. At the next roundabout, paso de la alameda, take the 3rd exit. Continue along calle de menorca and you will find the Hotel Urbem Valencia.
