This hotel is in an excellent location. It is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Xi'an.
Great location. Plenty to do within walking distance. Staff had reasonable English and were helpful. Room clean but carpet badly marked. Western breakfast definitely needs some attention. Needs juice, cereal, fruit, butter, milk and tea bags. McDonalds across the road though. Would stay there again. Terry & Cherie (New Zealand) Sember 2007

The hotel was filthy especially carpets which were crusty with dirt and there was a pervading smell of cigarette smoke. We did not eat in the restaurant because entering for breakfast we noted a 3 inch strip of dirt and dust along skirtings which must have been there for months. If the floor was like that what was the kitchen like? There also did not appear to be much of a western breakfast selection. The availabilty of English speaking people was very limited and the carpark attendants made enough noise directing traffic to wake the dead. Great location but the worst hotel we stayed in out of 10 hotels whilst travelling for a month
