Only (minor) comment is that the lamp beside my bed (room 44) was so weak (with a blue shade) that it was impossible to read. I watched TV instead. Otherwise, excellent hotel.

Friendly and efficent staff. Exceptionally clean rooms. Good breakfast on offer. Convenient and reasonably easy to find location within a short walk of Hamburg Hauptbahnhof.
