"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading some other reviews. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom in the room we were in could do to be refurbished but it was clean. Fantastic location for a night out or shopping trip. It was a little noisy at night but you can only expect that in the centre of Glasgow on a Saturday night. Breakfast was included in the price - very good! We would definitely stay there again. "A very well located hotel, right in the heart of merchant city, with great access to the bus & both train stations, pubs, clubs & shops. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are cosy. There were hairs lying around and the windows in our room didn’t shut right meaning quite a noisy night (from the pub down from the hotel) but overall a very pleasant hotel that I'd recommend to others and definitely stay in again." - Anonymous
