Mercure Hotel Chiang Mai

Nice place, Top supermaket near hotel.

We only stayed one night in the Mercure Chiang Mai. This is a rather old hotel and both the bathroom and the carpet in the room badly needs a renovation, but at the price it is probably ok value. The facilities are ok and the staff is friendly. No problems with parking the car outside. Huge bed, but old style linens with wool carpet. I would probably choose hotel in a more central location next time, even if I have to pay more.

The location is not centre, but the hotel is clean and nice.

Decent size rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, good pool. Location is quite a way from the "action" but Free shuttle bus to night bazaar. Have stayed there 4 times now with no complaints.

It is not a new hotel but it is very clean, with a great swimming pool and a good breakfast. location is not that close to everything but in 5 min and for 80 bath you are at the night market and hotel offers free shuttle too. nice bellboys too. and indeed the beds are super super king sized. worth trying this hotel

Given the [short] distance from downtown, a later courtesy hotel bus back from there would be welcome.

shower facilities is rather old, no pot at room, the other is okey, based on the price, it's satisfying.

Although the hotel is small, it is very cosy and clean. The Deluxe Room which we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were also very courteous and their service was good. The hotel is also located very near to town and shopping centres.
