"Ken and I were very pleased with our stay, we did have a minor problem with the room detailers for some reason throwing out our partly used soap and not replacing it, removed a mug, no replacement, as I said minor details. Our room was very good, all staff excellent, friendly and helpful at all times. We found the hotel very well placed for wherever we wanted to go.Thank you" - marion downie

TV reception still abyssmal ,however about time they upgraded to better quality sets from TCL to Panasonic ,or Sony or something of quality.
