Overall pretty happy with this hotel & will probably use again, as was the best value for money. Only two small issues that stood out. There was a noisey hum coming from the vents that affected my quality of sleep and the windows didn't seem to be double glazed? I was woken by someone emptying glass recyling bins at 8.30 am on a Sunday morning.... Also the resturant should offer breakfast choices other than just buffet only at $28
While I am sure that there are better hotels in Perth, this one lived up to its promises and delivered all that was expected for the price. The room was clean and had all the requisite facilities and the hotel is centrally located. Parking is pricey but they do provide valet service. I would stay there again just for the convenience of the location and the clean state of the rooms and hotel

Excellent service, well located and central, walked to the exhibition centre. Would happily stay there again.
Staff very pleasant and polite and non intrusive. They even remember your face and willing to share a joke. Lovely.

Overpriced. The room was clean and in good condition but just an ordinary, dim hotel room for the high price. On top of that the parking was $28 extra and to use the internet they wanted another $27. The staff were friendly.
We were upgraded to a superior room which was very roomy, beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bigger TV.
Overall the hotel was clean and tidy with good facilities. Only negative was the bathroom. These have not been updated in a long time and is definately overdue, especially to keep up with the fresh paint and new soft furnishings!

A well situated hotel on the edge of the CBD in Perth, excellent facilities, easy walking to resturants and Bars. Staff great to deal with, food prices reasonable--well worth the visit--I will defeinitely use it again
Felt the hotel was a bit run-down (Perhaps needs to be refreshioned) but the location is reasonable. May be my expectation was that the room would have been better.
Small rooms, slightly outdated. Great location. 300m walk to CBD. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet good value. Pool on roof was much appreciated.
The bed is comfortable and the room is big.
Great hotel, Great bed, tv and room, only complaint was the room service lady left her trolley outside my room in the morning and woke me up every time she came back and forth to get her supplies.
Good business hotel, although the advertised/recommended telstra "hot-spot" internet access had a very weak signal.
I found the room size very big and comfortable, much larger than most hotel rooms. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, short walking distance to the centre of the shopping district. Only valet parking was available within the building, which I used. Many other car parks close by.

Upgrade on arrival was nice. Bathrooms could do with a bit of a makeover. suggest you take your own hairdryer as the one in the room is about as much use as a chocolate teapot !
Wonderful service, the faclilties were great overall a great motel would definaltey stay there again
