"Everything was lovely at this hotel except the Steakhouse restaurant.. it looked lovely, however, the chef needs some help..our steak was dreadful, chewy and tasteless. It should be 'melt in the mouth' and not an effort to eat. Also, the vegetables that come with it, 2 small pieces of corgette and 2 baby tomatoes... that's it! unless you pay for a side order which seems ridiculous considering what you pay for the steak. They also forgot to bring water to our table. We gave up and left promptly. This restaurant and its staff is letting the hotel down. The staff and service outside of the restaurant is exemplary." - Anonymous

Hotel description:    Located on the perimeter of London's Gatwick Airport, the hotel has an ideal location with easy access to all major road networks. The hotel has the Surrey countryside behind it while the M23 and M25 motorways are only a few miles away. London Victoria is only 30 minutes via the Gatwick Express and Gatwick Airport is just minutes by shuttle coach. New shuttle schedule runs every 15 minutes from hotel to Gatwick Airport, between midnight and 5.30 am runs half hourly. Prices are £3.00 per adult and £1.50 per child each way. A high level of service, competitive pricing and a superb level of accommodation and conference facilities are on offer for all.
All 254 rooms are comfortably decorated with a host of facilities, including high speed internet connection, air-conditioning, sat-TV, tea/coffee making facilities.
