"Superb Breakfast, good room although in annex across road, hotel located a short walk from the river/canal but not in the centre of the city, this was not a problem as location probably quieter, Hotel did not have a restaurant and there was less choice this side of the river/canal, we found a very fine resturant though in a square just around the corner, all in all a good choice of hotel and location would stay there again without hesitation." - Michael Buglear

-The fan is situated in the middle of the room and it is very noisy
