Mercure Patong Phuket

This was a good Hotel with good size rooms but was a bit away from the activities The Internet is too expensive but the restaurants around the hotel all had Free WiFi so it was not a problem .

really good hotel, very clean and nice staff (although they didnt have the best english skills, not that it really matters). in a great spot in patong, just outside all the hustle and bustle but still very close (we walked everywhere). would stay again, except we left early to head to kata beach for some relaxation as patong was too hectic after 4 nights!

Beautiful hotel, very clean room and great location, really good value with a great pool

Very good location providing proximity to market as well as the requisite /desired distance. Good pool and other facilities. Service was good however, english language is not a forte of the hotel staff including the front desk staff.

Stayed here in April and came back for 3 nights in December. Great hotel although if you don't buy the breakfast package, breakfast is rather expensive. Little place next door called Oasis has good deals for breakfast and also has FREE internet for customers to use.

Nice Hotel, just a short walk to everything in Patong. Has a swim up Bar with good Cocktails. Just take care when walking street the Massage girls do not leave you alone. I walked on Road every time to get pass them.

Excellent the first time we stayed and of the same high standard the following year. Really helpful staff, centrally located with easy access to cafes, shops, transport and all facilities. The staff are always very willing to help.

i been staying there for 3 days 2 nights for 2 rooms.we need to wait for about 1 hour for the housekeeping to prepare another room.and on the next day, i have to wait for about 2 hours for the housekeeping to clean up my room,even though I've put the room service since early in the morning.others is perfect expect for the housekeeping department where i think need a little more efforts

What i like the most is the service provided by the hotel staffs. They are very friendly and helpful. The pricing is considered cheap for the stay. I would like to come back here on my next visit.

Hotel clean and facilities good....brekkie was not included and found it expensive ...plenty of good local places near and half the price for brekkie....easy walk to Jung Ceylon shopping centre about 10mins ...one block back from the Patong beach ....have a great spa salon at hotel ..I had a 3 hour package massage /body scrub foot massage cost about $80 aussie dollars....I would stay there again if I go to Phuket

Location of hotel is good. Near to main eateries and shopping areas but not too near the rowdy places. Hotel staffs were polite and helpful. However, the hotel could probably do more in managing the activities of other hotel guests at the hotel pool. It was too noisy when some guests decided to play "water polo" at the pool in wee early hours of the morning. Otherwise, the experience was good.

Excellent location close to where all the action is and just 7 minutes walk to the beach!!! My poolside room was well appointed with en-suite separate bath/shower. The staff was very professional and helpful. Enjoyed the use of the gym facilities even after a late check-out. Keep up the good work!! I shall surely return!!

Mercure Hotel was absolutely exceptional. My fiance and I were quite pleased with the room which was spacious, clean and had a superb bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Gracelands, Patong Merlin and Novotel Phuket and we proffered Mercure by far. Novotel Phuket comes close with its splendid views and facilities though for us as we wanted something close, but not too close to the action Mercure was perfect.

Great hotel in Patong. Less than 10 minute walk to Bangla road and the beach. Rooms are modern and clean and the pool was very nice. Excellent location.

Fabulous hotel!!! It was in the best position...close to everything but still not right in the centre of the crazyness! only a couple mins walk to everything!!! The pool was amazing and the bar so cheap and convenient! will defiantly stay here again when we go back to phuket! Breakfast was great too...little expensive but good!

Everything about the Mercure ensured a wonderful stay in Patong. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and big enough for a long stay, the pool great. They are only a short walk to the beach and hustle & bustle of markets, shops, restaurants. The spa was also reasonably priced. I would defnitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very good standard. Only one complaint, kettle did not work properly, informed management, nil response. The hotel is very well situated easy walk to beach and Joceyln Shopping centre. Overall a very good deal. Would stay there again

The room was great and the pool is good. Pity that the price was abit high and my stay was too short

We stayed at the Mercure and was quite impressed. It is very good value for money and right in the centre of the shopping area though it is a little away from the beach. The pool is large and very nice as well as the spa facilities. They had a great special on & we thoroughly enjoyed the treatments there. Overall a good place to stay.
