Mercure Queenstown Resort

Perfect view from our room, great staff, and an excellent overall experience. I would definitely recommend staying there.

for the first time I have had a great experience at a Mercure Hotel. For the first time I have found a clean, comfortable, lovely place with nice people at the desk. I will recommend it to all my friends and I will share the photos I took of it. The best hotel I have had in New Zealand!

Super view of the lake had a great stay here

Great service and location. Only $5 for a return on the bus and the bus drops you right outside the main entrance. We got upgraded to a lakeside view so was very happy with that. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Queenstown.

very good view, however away from town and have to depend on your own vehicle or public transport to go anywhere.

Great place, we where given upgrade to lake view room. Staff very helpfull. We even had a box of choc given to us by the manger as a thankyou for staying at the hotel. Don't miss out on having the full breakfast,as it will last you all day.You will need a car or use the local bus that stops at the hotel, as it would be a step walk up the hill from town

All staff were excellent, great views from dining room and lake view rooms. Would stay again.

This hotel is a little bit out of town. Very good price and good customer service. Very happy to get lakeview upgrade. Just not happy with the kettle that looks soo old, thick rust in the inside. We asked for replacement. They came straight away with another one, but it's the same. I think they need to check all of their kettles as it can be a health issue.

We were given an upgrade with an amazing view of the Lake and mountains. Very large comfortable room - staff very friendly and helpful.

Plumbing was 2nd rate -- continual drip into the toilet bowl, shower dripped a bit as well. Fantstic view, friendly staff.

We were pleasantly surprised to step into a spacious room with beautiful lake view and snow capped mountain view !

the hotel and room was good, had mountain and snow views. Although the bathroom was bit old(however, clean) Parking used to get full soon , so had to park on the street parking

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great they encourage guests to think about enviromental impact, would recommend to others, and stay there again

The room was nice and quiet but carpet showing signs of wear,could have benefitted from a microwave even though we eat out all time.Staff were courteous

Facilities-were average for the price of the hotel. despite being sure we had breakfast included with our stay, we did not. had we known this we would have consiered staying somewhere we knew it would be included. The most annoying thing on our trip was our swipe access cards. they failed to work in getting into our room and the snowgear heating aear on 5 seperate occassions. our room was a fair walk from the recpetion too. The snowboard heating room was not hot and our gear was cold and smelly the next ay we wanted to use it. The plug in the bath idnt fit properly and when it did kept popping out which prevented us from using it. The spa was superb outside but was hard to get a turn. Pillos and beds were not that comfty and the walls were thin. We could hear the tv in the room next door and the people above us every night. With earplugs it was perfectly fine. We had a car but often had to park on the street as the carpark would fill up early.

free room upgrade to overlook the remarkables was really good. the service was excellent, and room was very big.

Resort was excellent. buffet breakfast was very good and staff friendly and helpful.
