Mercure Resort Sanur

After a couple of iniitial hiccups I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. I would recommend to friends and I would stay there again.

I love the location and the staffs are great. Nice garden, beach and pools. Worth the money you spent. Very recommended!

found it to be a very friendly hotel but the breakfast to be very expensive if you were only a small eater and didn't cater for people with wheat free allergies.

had a wonderful time here ,very nice ,very friendly and helpful staff ,didnt eat here alot was much cheaper around the resort, would definately stay here again .only down side was they said they had a gym ,( it was a kiddies gym area) but would highly recommend

had a excellent time here, good for all people here, nice rooms ,lovely pools ,on the beach, excellent facilities,food a bit expensive but lots of good cheap places close by, staff efficient and very friendly and free shuttle bus into town a added bonus ,not far away from anything if you want to do day trips to other places ,will stay again

Excellent value especially including free wireless internet. Very quiet. Not much choice of eating outside the hotel in walking distances, but the few spots there were had good food and small supermarket.

It was a very enjoyable experience for me as we check in with a complimentary upgrade to a family suite even though there was just the two of us.. The room has 2 bathroom, 2 flat screen tvs, a daybed, king size bed, a double deck bed for kids, and a PS2 and hi fi system and a minibar filled with drinks and assorted snacks.. You could also separate the room with a sliding door for privacy from the living room.. There is also a long balcony facing the pool which was a very good view compared to any other 2nd floor rooms.. The hotel also has its own private beach and a short 2-3 mins walk down you could find stalls selling seafood at just 7000 IDR/100g for the fresh snapper.. However the down side is that the hotel pathway could use a little bit more light and the hotel is a bit far from stores like circle k or m mart.. But overall we couldnt be more happier as it was a wonderful hotel to stay without burning holes in your pockets considering the private beach and the nice atmosphere..

Excellent hotel. Set in beautiful garden. Convenient hourly shuttle bus to the Hardy's supermarket in the centre of Sanur.

Room is modern and good size and large bathroom. Expensive breakfast. Telephone call extremely expensive, 10 times more than other 4 stars hotels. Very nice beach from the hotel, pool is good. Overall is good if you get a good deal.

If I go again in Bali I'll definitely stay in this hotel

Although the resort is very good with nice landscaping, the beach is a real let down. There are many resorts lined up alongside this beach and surely they can get together and do somethingh about the litter thrown all over the place.

Was perfect for what I wanted, peace and quiet and a romantic time with my Indonesian girlfriend. Sanur isn't Kuta and the resort is a bit remote, but very well appointed with nice staff. Don't expect surf - the water is like a millpond and you can walk out 50 yards before the water achieves any depth.

Very tidy resort Hotel with friendly staff in a quiet location.

This hotel is located at the south end of Sanur, right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The pools were great for children.
