V Friendly & helpful staff

A very well placed small hotel, opposite main station and it's facilities, staff are very helpful and it is a ten minute drive to the Exhibition Halls. A walk to the Old Town center is 6-7 minutes, the staff are very helpful, all round good value.

The rooms are clean - bathrooms could be a little more up to date. Extremely serviceminded personel - thats great. The location of the hotel is perfect. The pricing is ok - but as all other hotels in the area pretty high during weekends and during exhibitions.

Close to the train station with elevator to upper floors. Allowed us to store our luggage until later in the afternoon. Very nice people in charge. Highly recommended

The owner is renewing his hotel and this will be finished at the end of this year. Close to the Central Station it is yet a very good hotel but it will be one of the best hotels in Köln. Michel

Excellent breakfast + fridge in room makes life easier. Very close to the Cathedral and rail.

The hotel is situated just next to the railway station, very easy to walk to the centre of the city. Breakfast was very good as well as the service. If you are not looking for luxory and you dont't wanna spend a lot of money to the hotel, this is the right one.

The hotel is situated next to a very busy road & the noise from the traffic can keep you awake; especially with the window open as there is no air conditioning.

Though this hotel was clean, friendly and helpful staff, the one thing that was annoying was having to walk through the main train station to get to the city... with lots of road works going perhaps there may be more convenient access to the city in the near future?? Can't fault the hotel though... good breakfast too..

Average hotel in most respects. No AC, so do not stay there in the summer. A lot of noise from local traffic.

Nice large room for a european hotel which was a pleasent surprise. The hotel was also reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location, situated near the railway station and the cathedral. Well worth staying here.

Brilliant location, excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

We asked for a few things out of the ordinary, for instance a fan to circulate air, an extension cord and adaptor. We were supplied them immediately and graciously. All staff members were kind and helpful. The facilities are a bit out of date, yet they retain a good image. The beds were OK, but one showed more use and squeeked a lot with movement. Everything was scrupulously clean. Some rooms face the busy train station and that can be noisy. Yet, the location is convenient for seeing the old town and Dom. Overall, we were well pleased. Thanks to everyone for a great time.

Friendly staff, always willing to help and give advice on the city. Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the main train station and within walking distance of the main attractions in Cologne. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay there myself on any future visits to the city.
