"when we arrived we were given a disabled room even though we had booked months in advance. Once we complained we were moved. The staff are generally friendly and the rooms are clean and well presented." - Coghlan Graham


"Had problems with washing machine/dryer which continued over weekend,fixed on the Monday. Person at desk didn't seem to be taking it seriously,but eventually realised it was a genuine problem. Maintenance man was excellent. He also had a fault with dishwasher. Received discount on parking for these problems. Overall very happy with our stay. " - Stuart Freudenstein
