"I arrived early around 10.00 am expected to leave my bags but to my surprise they checked me in early. The room was really spacious and modern. I have only one complaint and that was the balcony was locked for guest safety as to which I have know idea what for. I would have liked to have made my own mind up on that. I stayed at another hotel the weekend before and maybe they didnt care for guest safety but luckily we were able to enjoy the balcony and the fresh air without any major concerns for our safety." - Anonymous


"I have stayed in these serviced apartments a couple of times before this current visit, hence the reason for this return visit. Excellent suite facilities, with all the expected kitchen facilities etc. Only VERY minor gripe was that this suite had a very enticing and large balcony with a great view. BUT... the sliding door to the balcony was locked and (for some reason...) restricted from use by guests. But I would definitely recommend this accomodation irrespective. Location is very good if you want access to almost anywhere near China Town or around the south CBD area. Oh... a 10:00am check-out time was a little unreasonbale. Midday checkout seems to be becoming more common in many hotels." - Allan Smales

Getting there: Cornering George, Liverpool & Kent Streets, this iconic building by Harry Seidler can not be missed.

Easy access by bus, train, taxi or car. Catch the train direct from airport to town hall Station.
Check-in Procedure: Between 2pm and 10pm check in at reception. After 10pm report to security guard on duty (at reception desk).

We require the following credit card bond (pre-auth) on arrival. $100 for studio / 1-bed Apt; $200 for 2-Bed Apt; $300 for 3-Bed Apt & $500 for Penthouse Apt. (or $500 cash bond for any Apt type if you don't have a Credit Card)PLUS photo ID matching the name the reservation has been booked under.
Car parking: Limited under-cover car parking is available for guests at a charge of AUD$35.00 per night/per car; payable direct to reception on arrival. Limited car parking spaces available, spaces cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. Car parking is on a first come / first parked basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved. Reception will help, where possible to arrange offsite alternate arrangements if our car park is full. Note: street parking is limited and regularly patrolled.
Child Policy: Kids - we love kids at Meriton, with our spacious two and three bedroom apartments and recreational facilities. However we do not have rollaway beds or cots, please contact the property directly to arrange hiring of a baby cot.
