"Excellent service and has everything you would want. Stayed for two weeks and loved that it felt like an apartment. The facilities and decor were modern and new. Property has amenities like a hotel to include lap pool, hot tub, and room service. Parramatta is a 30 min drive to Sydney CBD, but if you don't mind or require to stay in this area, do not hesitate staying at this hotel. The water taxi is right behind the hotel which takes you right to Circular Quey where all the action is. The ride is only 20 minutes and is 15 AUD for an all day trip." - Matthew Armstrong

Hotel description:    The latest addition to the accommodation market in Parramatta, designed for both business and leisure travellers alike – bring all the comforts of your own home with the added touches that you need from a hotel, without all the fuss!

If you're entertaining clients or settling in for a relaxing evening with friends don't have them sit on your bed, entertain in style with your own modern furnished lounge / dining room.

All apartments have fully equipped separate laundry, which includes clothes washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

Balcony doors are locked on Fridays, Saturdays and Publics Holidays, due to our improved safety policy. The registered guest of the apartment is legally responsible and liable for all damage/harm caused by any object leaving the apartment.

CASH BOND PAYMENTS: If you plan to use cash as an option for security / bond deposit, please not this can only be done with official & valid photo identification, in the same name as the original booking name. The cash bond will only be refunded when your apartment has been inspected by the hotel manager (please be aware this may delay your departure) during front desk operational times. We require the following credit card bond (pre-auth) on arrival.

Getting there: 45-minutes drive from Sydney City. In the heart of the business centre of Parramatta. We are located directly on the Rivercat (Ferry) terminal on Phillip Street.
Check-in Procedure: Check in time is between 1400 and 1900 hours (2pm - 7pm) with reception. For arrivals after 7pm report to security guard on duty.

We require the following credit card bond (pre-auth) on arrival. $100 for studio / 1-bed Apt; $200 for 2-Bed Apt; $300 for 3-Bed Apt & $500 for Penthouse Apt. (or $500 cash bond for any Apt type if you don't have a Credit Card)PLUS photo ID matching the name the reservation has been booked under.

UNFORTUNATELY, SAME DAY BOOKINGS CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6 PM
Car parking: Limited under-cover car parking is available for guests at a charge of AUD$15.00 per night/per car; payable direct to reception on arrival. Limited car parking spaces available, spaces cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. Car parking is on a first come / first parked basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved. Reception will help, where possible to arrange offsite alternate arrangements if our car park is full. Note: street parking is limited and regularly patrolled.
Child Policy: Sofa-bed available @ $50.00 extra per night.
Rates are quoted per room for advertised maximum number of guests per apartment. However we do not have rollaway beds or cots, please contact the property directly to arrange hiring of a baby cot.
