"Lovely hotel - one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. booked deluxe was upgraded to club. Ideal location. really good hotel - pool facilities, sauna, jacuzzi etc are excellent, clean and relaxing ambience. Spa is good and the therapists were very professional.
Downsides:
Wireless internet is expensive plus they add service charges and tax on top of the [website] price which bumps it up quite a lot (approx 15%). room service costs heaps more than most hotels." - Anonymous
