The restoration of the building was finalized in July 2002 and includes the installation of an elevator that leads directly into the air-conditioned apartment with its beautiful original wood beams. Two balconies facing pedestrian streets fill the apartment with warm Mediterranean light. The apartment is divided in two spacious rooms. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large bathroom with a double shower. The living room, with a sofa-bed, leads into an open kitchen with all amenities.
