Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay Hong Kong

The hotel is clean, modern and the staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. The hotel is very close to an MTR station and the roof top pool offers a fantastic view of both Central and Kowloon.

We were generally happy with the hotel although the location was not as good as we had hoped. While the staff were generally helpful there were a number of occasions where we felt that the service could have been better. This may have been a language problem more that lack of assistance. Overall we were generally happy with the accommodation.

An established smaller hotel with a boutique feel, in a quiet location, but only minutes from the Tin Hau MTR and the Causeway Bay shops and restaurants. There are also some great small restaurants and cafes within minutes walk from the hotel as well as a supermarket and laundry. The Executive Parlour rooms are spacious and offer spectacular views of the harbour and skyline, well worth the extra money and include breakfast and access to the small club lounge. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Extremely efficient staff who were happy and smiling. We arrived at 8 am after a long flight and were shown straight to our room which was well laid out, spotlessly clean and had a great view. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was spotless, well-stocked with useful things for travellers such as adaptors etc. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Free WiFi. Pricing was very reasonable for HK. While not in the Central district, it is beside Tin Hau station on the Island Line and i found it very quick and easy to get everywhere using the metro.

A hotel that provides good park and harbour view, staff friendly services and good quality of presentation. Free internet and extended check out on last day make my stay all that better. The hotel location is close to public transport, yet away from the bustling city noise. Strolling in the nearby Victoria Park also helps to ease city life. I will certainly stay there again.

Stayed for 3 nights for business. Received free upgrade to suite. Better than Excelsior or Novatel Century. Very clean. Got laundry service. 5 mins walk to MRT - Tin Hau. Decent breakfast. Great staff. Always smiling. Suite had desktop computer so very convenient. Would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

We have previously stayed in the hotel; the combination of price & location, with exceptional service puts it near the top of my list. If it's your first time in HKG, it may be one too many stops away from the action. However, once you get the hang of the trams & MTR, the price makes it a really good option. The rooms are typically small HKG style, so don't expect a lounge area in your room, etc. But the views back towards Central & over the harbour are gorgeous, and the pool is a god-send in the steamy summer months.

We're used to staying at 5 star hotels but we booked 2 Harbour View Rooms at MetroPark this trip - each with a double bed. By Hong Kong standards the rooms were pretty spacious, modern and very well equipped, a great bathroom, great view, and a long desk that ran in front of the window with a spectacular view (so an ideal place when you have to do some work at your PC). It was 2 mins from the MTR and then 1 stop from Causeway Bay - so very convenient! The only thing I didn't like was walking back into the hotel at night and hearing karaoke which caused the entire foyer to be subjected to dreadful singing as the bar isn't soundproof at all but at least as soon as you went up in the lift you were spared the shrieking. So apart from the karaoke lounge, this is a brilliant value for money hotel and this will be our regular accommodation in Hong Kong for all future trips! (You can even get a breakfast at a local cafe next door for $HK 21 - eggs, ham, baked beans and toast!).

In a bustling city like Hong Kong, this hotel next to the Victoria Park (which provides some green breathing space), is conveniently located as it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the shopping centre of Causeway Bay. The decor of the Hotel, while still considered modern, is beginning to look tired. The room is not big but I am happy to stay here again.

excellent hotel with first class staff and facilities and within easy reach of anywhere in hong kong via MTR, trams buses and taxis, all of which are within a short distance.

Excellent location and hotel. Only "minor" complaint is the room service was lacking, may due to lack of staff.

Easy walk to MTR, or taxis hailed straight away. Staff very courteous & helpful. If staying during summer months you will love the fact that there is a pool to cool down in at the end of the day. Not too many restaurants in the area, but just a short trip back into Causeway Bay cures that. Rooms are on the smaller side, but nothing out of the ordinary for price range or Hong Kong for that matter! All round a great experience, and we'll be staying there again on our next trip.

The hotel was nice with a decent view of the harbor. It is located right next to the metro station so it is easy to move around the city and get back to the hotel without to much problem. I would stay here again.

Impressed by the standard at this low price. Only 100 metres to MTR. Check-in and Check-out was the fastest ever.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located near MTR. Not exactly near major shopping but hotel has shuttle bus service to several key shopping areas.

A well situated and run hotel with the exception of room service which required prompting by reception to make the room up on the second day. My understanding was that breakfast was included in my booking but this was disputed by reception, although a free drink was. Overall it was a good value for money location

I had a one night stay only and for the purpose of an overnight it was great. Staff were very helpful with regard to setting me up with an airport shuttle, so efficient that I could not believe it. Within 2 hours of sending an email from Canada it was all done and I had no further concerns re getting to the Hotel. Hotel clean, breakfast, though not included was a reasonable price. I was also given a free upgrade which was very nice.

What a great deal! good location, good service, a nice room with a beautiful harbor view in affordable price. i will recommend this hotel to my friends for sure.
