Metropark Hotel Kowloon Hong Kong

Stayed in a Club Room for 6 nights. Room is a smidge larger than standard Hong Kong size, is extremely clean, no stains or odours and nicely appointed. Beds are hard, however, this seems to be the norm in China. Location great, free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui via Mong Kok is an added bonus. Metro and Ladies Market is about a 7 minute walk. 7 Eleven and Welcome Supermarket are just across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast has an ample choice, however, coffee is abominable. Evening drinks and nibbles in the Club Lounge is an added bonus for Club Floor guests with a nice array of both food and drinks. I would most definitely stay there again.

This hotel was well worth the money spent. The price is decent for Hong Kong, which can be quite expensive. Plus, the rooms were a bit larger than a typical Hong Kong room. The only down side is that the walk to the subway was a bit longer than I would have liked. The hotel offers a shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes. Get there early as it fills up fast and is first come, first served. I would stay here again if the prices in better located hotels were out of line.

Didn't expect the hotel to be this nice for the price. Loved the hotel resturant, Palm Court. Lots of food that I could recognize. Professional staff. Good location for the area.

Everything about Metropark is almost perfect for a decent and comfortable stay. The size of the room is spacious enough for a Superior category in pretty interior decor and with a clean bathroom. Location is in proximity to famous street night markets and Mongkok MTR, hotel staff are service-oriented who also converse in good English and nonetheless, we enjoy free shuttle services to Fa Yuen st. and Tsim Sha Tsui daily! I am very satisfied with my experience with the hotel considering the price I paid for a 4-star accommodation in Hong Kong, it is absolutely value for money. Will definitely return there on my second visit to Hong Kong next time!

This time i stayed in hotel with my family and my children very liked swimming pool. Hotel stuff very friendly and good speak english language. location is little bit far from metro station but hotel shuttle bus service is very good. I will stay next time if i will go to Hong Kong Thanks

We had a very pleasant stay at the Metropark Kowloon Hotel. If I go back to Hong Kong I will definately stay there again, and I will recommend it to my friends. The location was perfect. The shuttle bus service was exellent.

Great Hotel, Got free upgrade to metro club floor with a double and a single bed. Price consider on the upper end but consider normal for hong kong hotel.Free Shuttle service to mongkok and TST is a plus.Consider quite a walk to MRT station, advise to use the shuttle service to mongkok then the MRT.

Hotel free shuttle bus was well used by my family as the hotel is further out from main attractions than I realised. Walking times quoted on Hotel website are not realistic. Everything else was excellant

Basically the hotel have very neat and clean room. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is 20 minutes walking from the Mongkok MTR and the feeder bus is always occupied. Very near to Ladies Market.

My family and I were very happy with the service we got from the hotel and its staff. The hotel was clean and staff very efficient. One sour note was the rather unfriendly driver of the hotel shuttle that plied the Mongkok, Star Ferry route. You guys need to train these drivers in customer service. The driver's behavior was deplorable! Otherwise we had a pleasant stay!

Great Hotel. Pricing is fair for the standard presented. Seems very popular with tourists and everybody seems happy with the standard of the hotel.

Room size is ok; facilities are good, but location is not pretty far from subway. You would need at least 10 mins walk

Excellent hotel with pool, gymnasium, and wired broadband - all included in price. Every facility in the room except for iron/board although air conditioning sensor was not working correctly - again, all free (including bottled water each day)except for mini-bar items. Convenient location, and a free shuttle service to and fro every half hour to nearby market and rail station, as well as to the main harbour area near the Star Ferry terminal. We walked to the latter, and although it took about half an hour, it was an enjoyable experience through the Nathan Road shopping area, passing by Kowloon Park. About a 20 minute walk to the main Night Market in Temple Street, but there is also another large one nearer (less than ten minutes off Argyle Road) with Ladies Market about the same distance. Two restaurants are located in the hotel along with a bakery shop all reasonably priced. I would reccommend the hotel and would certainly go there again.

A hotel for a quick stay, and only for a rest and shower. The rooms were incredibly small and the hotel was packed. If you are thinking of taking the shuttle to the airport, skip it. Take a taxi.

The free shuttle bus service to Tim Shai Tsui is very convenient.

Hotel location is far. Have to walk 20-25 mins to the nearest MTR station. Summer, its so hot that the 20-25 mins walk is like murder. The hotel provide shuttle service to the Ladies Street market, going is okay but to catch the shuttle back to the Hotel, can't see one with the time schedule. Good that it has a small supermarket opposite the road and few mini marts. The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable, TV programs are ok too - has everything one need in the bathroom except body lotion and shaver. The staff are not proficient in English and so miscommunication can happen but they try their very best to help. Comfortable the stay at this hotel with its swimming pool that is great for the hot weather. Food in their restaurant - taste is average except the Dim Sum which is good. Pricing okay to the budget. I like the Bakery shop at this hotel. The bread is good and price also value for money. Bought some home as souvenir to relatives - "Pastries from Hong Kong".

Nice hotel. Considering I had a lot of work in area, its a convenient and ok price hotel. Helpful staff.

I had a very pleasant stay. Swimming pool and 'Sip Sip Bar' topped off adventurous days travelling and sightseeing. The Concierge was very helpful and gave good directions.
