Metropark Hotel Macau

You pay for what you get. Expected a reasonable hotel for a reasonable price. Which is what I got. Great location, many attractions within walking distance, many 7/11.s across the street. Taxis are easy to find. The only let down was the 'check in' procedure. The chap that served us was clueless to the Internet booking protocols. Was not till I asked for his Manager, did it get sorted. All in all, 7 out of 10 rating for the money you pay

Fantastic clean and well appointed hotel. In a great location also, wouldn't stay anywhere else. Amazing value!

It's really a convenience location to everywhere by just walking around. The room is clean & big. Strongly recommended.

The room and facilities are ok. However, there was no wifi available in the room. You will have to go to their lobby to avail of the internet services and you have to pay HK$ 40 per hour. The computer being used was a low end one (pentium 4) and it will take you 5 to 10 min to access the website. Moreover the computer was hanging during access and you have to restart over and over again. I complained to the supervisor/oic during that time and he immediately refunded my payment. Suggest that they provide internet/wifi in all the rooms to attract more customers. It is already 2010 and coffee shops are able to provide wifi for free, why can't hotel do the same.

Excellent location as the hotel is centrally sited near the casionos. It is within walking distance to the shopping area too. However, the operating hours of the hotel's shuttle bus could be extended to say 2200h instead of the last service from the pier at 2120h. Overall, a pleasant stay of 3.5 nights at the Metropark.

Good place to stay. If you are looking for not the too much expensive hotel, I would recommend this hotel. Close enough to many places.

good location, right in town, water works repairs ongoing, should be okay by this week.

only thing to mention is the hotel offer 15 minutes internet each day is not enought

Stay in this hotel for few times when I am in Macau. Generally no change, however the hotel room price can be more competitive.

the hotel rate is reasonable. everything is well organized the only problem i encounter is the location. its not centrally located.

Metropark hotel is a nice and relaxing place, all employees are very pleasant and accommodating. They answered all my querries and helped and guided me a lot. The place is the center of everything such as nice and big hotels, restaurants, convenient stores, money changers and a lot more. The room is just perfect for my family. We enjoyed our stay there most especially my kids.... The next time we go to Macau, we'll surely stay in this hotel again and i will even recommend this to my friends and families..

I wish the gave WIFI or unlimited use of internet instead of the 15ms max at the lobby pc. The breakfast spread is acceptable although you'll find cheaper options around. The croissant was delicious. The Ciao restaurant service is still miles away from a standard 4 star hotel. I was getting croissants from the service plate when their kitchen just snatched it without even asking if I done. Horrible service. Dont count on late check out (2-4pm) during weekends when the weekend gamblers come in hordes. Location was truly wonderful. Need an affordable noodle dig MOP25 per bowl. Delicious! Tried it once. Always get a location card to show cabs because a lot of cabbies dont even know where hotel is. Or dont understand English.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. It's very convenient and away from the hustle and bustle of casinos. Eateries are just next door and St Paul's ruins is within walking distance. The shopping street is also 10mins away. I will stay here again if I visit Macau again.

location wise its good because u get access to all the shop just within walking distance. Hotel is bit old room are small.

I hope in future, the hotel can provide WI-FI to all customers.
