Metropark Hotel Mongkok

Duty manager and staff there are extreamly helpful in service, they helped me retrieved back my lost wallet in a short time. very grateful. other aspects of the hotel are also good. Although it is a three star hotel, it has a five star service staff.

Room is small, Bed is very hard.

The room's very small and not comfortable. Noise from car. The service's good. The price's too expensive.

The only complaint is the bed is not good, not comfortable! the hotel may consider to change the mattress. Other than that, no problem!

I found very inconvenience for customer waiting for the scale, basically we need take it down at foyer, it never happen before why now, not sure how much cost for the compact scale can put inside the room, think about when customer ring luggage area they would said please come down and scale yourself and we can't provide such scale deliver service.

The hotel frontline staff is extremely helpful and friendly, location is fanastic, im glad to choose the hotel and would recommend this to my friends.

Good location, just across from Prince Edward MTR and a minute walk to Fah Yuen Street and Sai Yong Choi Street. The rooms are bigger than expected of most HK hotels much to our surprise. Only complain are the beds, which are rather hard. Overall, a rather good stay, good and efficient service at the counter when checking in and out.

Stayed here for 2 nights at $115 AUD per night. The main reason i picked this hotel was because it was in front of the bus terminals to/from mainland china. Prince Edward station is very close. If you have a laptop, they have free internet (if you ask for it), and if you booked from this website, local calls using the room phone was free of cost. The only major issue, was the first room i was given had a strong smoke smell, despite it being a non smoking room/floor. This was quickly resolved after i asked for another room. The rooms it self, are in okay condition; nothing fancy. Bathroom was okay, and the hotel provided things like slippers and toothbrushes. Staff friendly and willing to make stay enjoyable.

Location is pretty good, near to MTR station (Prince Edward). But price not competitive with other similar hotel types, considering the size of the room. Toilet in the room was clean (though tiny), but carpet in the room doesnt look clean.....not exactly dirty, but just feel that the carpets have not been washed for many years.

Sound proof is the only thing needs to be improved. Overall is good.

Good location, rooms comfortable but not flash. Staff very helpfull, did not eat in hotel so can not comment on food. Recommend.

okay hotel in Prince Edward area. Walking distance (10minutes) to Mongkok shopping area. Rooms are small/basic type. For the same price, there are other better hotels in the area.

Very accommodating. We arrived very early before room was ready, but could complete booking-in and collect luggage from bellboy when we arrived back at the hotel very late that night.

the hotel a bit old, but the location is really good, juz few steps away from MTR. And many things to eat right next to the hotel. Also hair salon if you are lazy to wash it yourself.

Farther north but close to the Metro and good night markets. Good breakfast and a very spacious lobby. Most Hong Kong rooms are small but it is great to have a bigger lobby to sit and relax. RAM Canadian livng in China

Stayed in a non-smoking floor. However, when we switched off the lights in the bathroom at night; when we entered the bathroom again, we smelled very strong smoke smell. Could be due to the poor ventilation when the bathroom lights are off.

Good service, rooms are very small and bed is small but ok if you're staying a couple of nights. Needs better international TV stations.
