Excellent... all my trips up shenzhen, nv once was my expectation not met! Great Hotel....

simply love it... the location, the services etc... :) Only missing is a inhouse massage and spa facilities....

I enjoy my stay at the Metropark ShenZhen. There was road work going on near the Hotel and management indicated that the works will be completed in June 2011. The Hotel is close to shoping area and quite convenient to buy things.

Location close to shopping distrct and within walking distance to the metro. Room is spacious.

The room is big, but unfortunately the matress is very hard

good hotel centraly located,do not use the massage in hotel...there are better places around ,charge less.

I like the hotel location which is sited within the shopping areas. The business room that we stayed , with an extra bed included for my daughter were indeed spacious. The double bed mattress was bit too hard for our liking though.The rooms are clean and the sofa kept in good conidtion. Room service were courteous and polite even setting up the additional bed in double quick time. Good restaurant are within 5 mins walking distance. Would recommend for family or young couple for a short stay to meet your shopping needs.

The Hotel is very well located near the busiest area in Shenzhen. Good for shopping lovers. The rooms are nicely furnished, though a bit pricey.

It is very close to the main shopping area. It is better to go to the hotel by taxi as it is situated in front of the main street. if you choose to go there by train, make sure you exit at Dong Men station but you may get confuse and lost as all the signage are in chinese and you are entering into a busy shopping mall underground. but overall, this hotel is worth for your money as it is very comfortable and clean. for muslim traveller, it is near to 2 restaurant serving halal food. one is a bit pricey but another one just around the corner is very cheap. however, it is good if you know some chinese words and sign language as they don't speak english at all.

If you don't speak local language & you want to stay at hotel in Shenzhen, book this hotel. I've strong recommended, because most of the people here can't speak English, so it's very difficult to make communication in this city. This major problem in communication will solve with the hotel staff: they speak English very well, they give you complete information about the city. The hotel location is in Dongmen business center , just 5 minutes walk you will find whatever you want to buy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropark Hotel Shenzhen. The room was clean, comfortable and very large, apartment style. It was very close to the Dongmen shopping streets (cross the overpass to the other side of the street) and about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the closest subway. They also had a free shuttle bus that leaves every hour to the border or Lowu shopping center. One word of caution for foreigners shopping at the Dongment streets is beware of counterfeit money. We received a few counterfeit bills in just one day shopping! Pay in exact change.

Nicely sized room with separate lounge/bedroom and kitchenette right across the street from Dongmen shopping. Decent quality toiletries provided but no hair conditioner. Polite and helpful staff.

Only stayed one night on transit from to Xining from Sydney/HK. Transport to the hotel from HK border was easy. The area around the hotel was lively which was good given we only had 5 hours to look around. The staff and breakfast were all that was needed. We flew from Senzen to Xining as it is cheaper than from HK.

No any comments except for difficulty to find the way to hotel from subway station. I suggest that the map is significant but the map is not faciliate to find becasue it is a not in detail

I had read the various postings on the internet about this hotel and was apprehensive that it would not live up to the accolades. I was pleased that I was proved wrong and really had nothing to worry about. I loved the size and layout of the room and because I was travelling with a friend who liked to sleep and get up late, my early rise was made much easier with the space and the availability of another space I could partition off. Also loved having 2 tv's & the larger than norm fridge, even though the kitchen could have been stocked with at least the basic cutlery & crockery. Will stay here again and recommend friends to do likewsie.

This hotel is clean with very good housekeeping team. The rooms are spacious and worth the money with the reasonable room rates. Location considered centralised with many shops & restaurants around the area. Would recommend this hotel to friends & will stay again if going to Shenzhen!!!

This is a wonderful hotel that I had stay in China. The price is good and the service is excellent. The hotel staffs are very helpful. The room size is very big and nice location.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. When we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a business suite and really enjoyed the luxury of having a lounge room, kitchen and washing machine (even though we didn't get to use it as we had just had all of our cloths laundered before arriving). The only draw back to this hotel was that we had some difficulty obtaining a corkscrew to open our wine (we had to take the bottle to the front desk in the end), however most of the front of desk staff did speak english well and were able to help with everything. Have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.
