"Budget hotels in Paris are small, don't have airconditioning and are pretty basic. It was summer and so the room was hot. However, the location near Nord Station is perfect if you are catching the Eurostar train. There are lots of restaurants around and bus stops taking you to most places around paris. The main tourist attractions are easy to get to via the metro. The room was small, very basic facilities, but had a bath which was very welcome, rather than just a shower. No tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and helpul and spoke english." - Terrence Hopkins
"Larger than usual Paris room - good sized bathroom. The linen is showing signs of age and the pillows have seen much better days but it is clean and well located near Gare Du Nord. Staff are helpful. I wojld stay here again for short stops." - Ronald Langham
