"If you're staying there ask for a room that doesn't front onto the street. Even with the windows shut at night this is a very noisy street due to the pavement cafe's opposite and the people walking along it all night shouting and calling to each other." - Donald Charleston
"I've stayed in this Hotel for the past 32 years. In this time I've seen it go from a 3* Full Board Hotel down to a 2* Economy Hotel with only Bed & Breakfast facilities. Most of the rooms have been modernised but some of the bathrooms are a little tired. I will continue to stay here for as long as I am able because of its central location within walking distance of the Train Station, its good value and its friendly staff." - Anonymous
"Very kind and helpful personel, they did their best for us and our baby!" - Anonymous
"Excellent standards of chambermaiding - folded clothes and neatly tidyed bathroom. Above and beyond expectations. Great location too - right in the centre of everything - 5 mins from station. Friendly English speaking staff too. One gripe - corridors and reception areas smell of cigarette smoke - this said - would sitll highly recommend" - David Coats
