Getting there:- Taxi transportation from the Barcelona airport to the apartments is 20 minutes away. If you prefer take a bus, there is one (Aerobus) goes directly to Plaza Catalunya (5 minutes walking from the apartments). Or if you came from Girona airport, there is a special bus goes to the Barcelona city center. -The street Union 21 is located in the heart of Ciutat Vella.The Building is situated in front of the Great Barcelona Liceo threatre, in corner with Las Ramblas. In its surroundings, just five minutes walking, we find MACBA museum, Barcelona Cathedral, Güell Palace from Gaudi, Plaza Real and Plaza Catalunya. The beaches and harbour are a 15 minute walk away. - The area is secure and very frequented as it is next to Las Ramblas, nostalgic area of the city centre. All the fashionable restaurants and places to go are in this area.
Check-in Procedure:-Once you have made the booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time to Barcelona. VERY IMPORTANT: You must call us on the phone number that appears on your confirmation email upon arrival at the airport in order to be meet at the apartment. From 8 p.m there is a supplement of 20 euros. A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check-in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Child Policy:0-3 years old free of charge sharing room with 2 adults. Free baby cot available in the apartments on request.
The apartment is very close to "La Rambla". The furnitures could need at replacement - very old and not very nice.
Location is super, building is atypical, window in 1 bedroom is opening inside the house (very uncomfortable). 1st floor flat have inside yard surrounded with very high wall (a bit schocking first moment). No cleaning service during stay. No elementary things (salt, sugar, soap etc) and you see how many things you need for every day life. I would recommend the hotel.
We were very happy about the location and the facilities this apartments have.. it is less than a quarter away from the ramblas and the metro station.. Very recomendable!!!
Very close to La Ramblas. Convient for everything. Situated on safe quiet side street. Not quite hotel standard but comfortable enough. Very easy to get to everything with metro fairly near. Also no cleaning staff come in while you are there so you can do as you please. Lie in as long as you want. Has fridge, freezer, washer / dryer, microwave and full cooker/ oven facilities. It really is like having your own appartment. Would recommend.
Ideally located apartment a couple of minutes walk from the Ramblas close to Liceu metro station. Our only disappointment was that although it was described as accommodating five, there was comfortable seating for only four, which matters more when you are a family of five holidaying out of season, as we were.
The apartment is comfortable & has an excellent location which is very quite.It is clean. The staff were marvellous.Very well english spoken and ready to help out. I would recommend MH Apartments anytime and surely I will look out for these apartments worldwide on my next holiday.
Excellent location 100m from Las Ramblas but would not recommend walking very late at night / early hours of the morning!
There was no alarm clock which I considered much more important than some of the other nice but not necessary amenities. A great location and the staff was nice.
Excellent location just off the Ramblas. Stayed in two bedroom apartment on third level at the back of the block which meant that it was quiet. Facilities included a well-equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms so access to wet areas was very good. There was also a reasonably sized balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment is serviced by a lift. The neighbourhood can be a little shady a few blocks further along the road, but not an issue when common sense is applied. I would be happy to stay here again due to the central location (many sights within walking distance; easy access to Metro).
Excellent location for the Old Town just off La Rampla and a few minutes walk from Liceo Metro station. Clean, comfortable apartment and well equipped for self catering. Please note correct spelling of apartment address is Carrer de La Unio.
Very good would stay here again within walking distance of everything. Only problem is no place to keep lugguge if you are leaving late. There is room in the loby for a locked cupboard. Only thing missing that would have been good was a hairdryer everything else was there.
Apartment was clan and nice, although the street looked a little dodgy at night. Location is great, and transport easily accessible. It was exactly as expected. Would stay there again
Clean modern apartments in a fantastic location. You can see La Rambla from the balcony, about 2 minute walk down the street. The apartments are basic but have everything you need, even a washing machine. As it's centrally located there's only a short 5-10 minute walk either up the Ramblas to the square (place de catalunya), or down the Ramblas to the Marina and the large shopping centre. The amazing market is just around the corner, we has lovely fresh bread, meats and cheeses for breakfast, so much to choose from. Don't forget some comfortable shoes, we walked miles every day, there's so much to see!
We arrived at the apartment to be met by the representative who gave us the keys and ran through the facilities etc with us. The apartment had one large bedroom and one smaller with a guest bed which was fairly small, 1 bathroom and an additional WC was a bonus. Altogether a nice clean and tidy apartment just off Las Ramblas. A little difficult to find at first but great transpport links practically on the dorrstep. Would stay again.
Very good apartment in the center of Barcelona. Near Metro. The apartment was nice and had all facilities you nead inclusive an airconditioning. This was realy pleasent in a hot Barcelona.
Excellent apartment and location. Key pick-up instructions rather vague.
Top floor (attic) super!! May be a little noisy, depending on other occupants, on lower floors. Within 100 metres of La Rambla, but on a very quiet street. Car parking is difficult and costs about €30/day, so don't bring a car!! Do get a two day ticket for the tourist bus €23 for the two days - three routes hop on hop off from 9am to 9pm.
Large living area, outside verandah with open courtyard, modern facilities. Quiet for location just off main area of La Rambas. Helpful owner. Don't forget to call before you arrive so owner can meet you at appartments and give keys.
The apartment was clean and in a great location, very close to the Ramblas. It's a pity we didn't have table and chairs on the terrace.
We think that MH Apartments Lieco is a vety nice place to stay in Barcelona.It`s very clean and the location is exellent. the only "problem" was not enough toalettpaper or garbagebags!! We could probably be staying here on our next visit to Barcelona
