"Location is super, building is atypical, window in 1 bedroom is opening inside the house (very uncomfortable). 1st floor flat have inside yard surrounded with very high wall (a bit schocking first moment). No cleaning service during stay. No elementary things (salt, sugar, soap etc) and you see how many things you need for every day life. I would recommend the hotel." - Anonymous

"Very close to La Ramblas. Convient for everything. Situated on safe quiet side street. Not quite hotel standard but comfortable enough. Very easy to get to everything with metro fairly near.
Also no cleaning staff come in while you are there so you can do as you please. Lie in as long as you want. Has fridge, freezer, washer / dryer, microwave and full cooker/ oven facilities. It really is like having your own appartment. Would recommend." - John Walters
"Ideally located apartment a couple of minutes walk from the Ramblas close to Liceu metro station. - Taxi transportation from the Barcelona airport to the apartments is 20 minutes away. If you prefer take a bus, there is one (Aerobus) goes directly to Plaza Catalunya (5 minutes walking from the apartments). Or if you came from Girona airport, there is a special bus goes to the Barcelona city center.
-The street Union 21 is located in the heart of Ciutat Vella.The Building is situated in front of the Great Barcelona Liceo threatre, in corner with Las Ramblas. In its surroundings, just five minutes walking, we find MACBA museum, Barcelona Cathedral, Güell Palace from Gaudi, Plaza Real and Plaza Catalunya. The beaches and harbour are a 15 minute walk away.
- The area is secure and very frequented as it is next to Las Ramblas, nostalgic area of the city centre. All the fashionable restaurants and places to go are in this area. |

-Once you have made the booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time to Barcelona.
VERY IMPORTANT: You must call us on the phone number that appears on your confirmation email upon arrival at the airport in order to be meet at the apartment. From 8 p.m there is a supplement of 20 euros.
A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check-in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. |
