- The Apartments have Air Conditioning and Heating.
- The kitchen is independent with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine... including complete set of kitchen and table utensils.
- The Apartment is completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows…) and a set of towels for each guest.
- The Apartment has a washing machine with dryer and washing dishes.

- From Barcelona airport:
Take the train or bus (Aerobús) to Plaza Catalunya. The apartments are a five minute walk down Las Ramblas from the square. Another option is a taxi straight to the apartment ( 20 minutes away from the airport )
-From Girona airport:
There is a special bus from the airport to Barcelona city centre.
- The street Ferran is located in the Gothic Quarter, next to Las Ramblas, in the cultural, commercial and tourist area of Barcelona. In its surroundings we find the Grand Liceu Theatre, MACBA museum, Barcelonas Cathedral, Plaza Real and Plaza Catalunya. The beaches and harbour are a 15 minute walk away.
- The street Ferran is a busy street and the area is secure, located next to the Sant Jaume square and the town hall of Barcelona.

-Once you have made the booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time to Barcelona.
VERY IMPORTANT:You must call us on the phone number that appears on your confirmation email upon arrival at the airport in order to be meet at the apartment. From 8 p.m there is a supplement of 20 euros.
A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check-in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. |
